Mythy did such a great job on my nails with her precision and attention to detail as well as Kelly who did my eyebrows perfectly! The esthetic of the shop is pretty too! Def make a stop if you’re in the West Palm area!!

2025-11-26Last week, I made an appointment with the owner, Kelly. I've been going to her since she worked at Avalon Nails, and I've always loved the way she did my nails! However, when I arrived for my appointment, she was still finishing up with another client. When it was finally my turn, the first thing she said was, "Oh, if you have a design, I can't do it." I then overheard her having a phone conversation where she mentioned that she had another appointment coming in. This is very unprofessional and reflects poor communication. Every time I visit now, the appointments feel rushed, and I've noticed a decline in the quality of the nails. I typically pay around $150 each time. It seems she overbooks herself, which leads to clients waiting about 30 minutes since there is often someone in her chair. Paying clients deserve to have their time appreciated and not rushed. She has lost a loyal client. People need to understand that a paying customer is what keeps their business running.

2025-09-02Worse mani pedi experience ever. Just moved here from NY and went for my first mani pedi in WPB. Over 2 1/2 hrs spent for a no color pedicure and a color Gel Manicure. Uneven length & filing. Had to keep telling him to make then even so they match. Sloppy polish job. My cuticles left still needing a smooth finish. Will not be returning. Not even a week and looks at this. Im so disgusted
