STAR NAILS

My mom, 2 daughters and I always go to this nail salon. My mom is disabled and uses a wheelchair and they are so nice and accommodating! Everything is nice and clean. Prices are very reasonable. We love Star Nails! I enclosed several pics of our nails done at this salon!

I have been going to Star Nails for years. They all do a great job but I have to say Jennifer is my favorite. She always does an amazing job and somehow no matter what picture of a design I show her she somehow makes my nails look even better than the inspo pic. We have taken the journey together from acrylic to gel x and now we are doing builder gel. She does it all including my pedicures and eyebrow wax.

They were amazing. I was able to set an appointment very easy. They treat us like family. The environment is clean. It’s a great place to go, especially in big groups. My family‘s been going to them since they were in another location and it just gets better and better if you’re looking for a great place to go to get your nails done or even a pedicure or manicure this is the place to go. You can relax. This was not a good pedicure at all. As soon as i pulled my feet out of the water, she immediately started filing my toenails without asking what shape i wanted (squared) and she rounded them which can cause ingrown toenails. At that point my toenail was already gone. The filing is extremely uneven and she cut one of my toenails so short it’s to the quick. She was not focused on this pedicure and painting my nails at all and stopped to take a phone call every few minutes. At one point she painted one of my toes without even looking, but instead, looking at the scheduling book. Some toes the gel polish is cured onto my cuticle and some aren’t even painted to the edge. She didn’t even seal the edge of the nails. When it was time for the hot towel, while walking without stopping she just flung it on my legs and walked away. The towel didn’t even cover half of one of my legs. I understand it was busy, and i don’t expect a top dollar pedicure, but i do expect you to at least look at my toes while painting them and not have them look like a child did them. I’ve had a better pedicure by a student at a cosmetology school. Pedicure by Jennifer.
