Lee did my nails with builder gel! And I’m so pleased with the outcome! I keep my nails short and I don’t do many designs. As I’m a matte nude girl. But after I seen the shape and how thin my nails looked and how natural. I went ahead and trusted Lee to add a design. And he listened to my go too being matte and he made sure I had matte nails mixed with the shiny top coat on my glitter nails! My nails and the inspo! I love my nails! I’ll definitely be returning! Update! Lee did it again with this blue set! I’m so happy with his work! I never tried this shape before. But I asked Lee what shape would look best on my nail bed and he said the shape from the picture and honestly I’m in love with this set!

This nail salon is my absolute go to from now on. Ashley did an amazing and meticulous job on my acrylic refill and honestly my nails have never looked so good. Shape, color, thickness - she took her time creating them exactly how I wanted. I can’t recommend them (and Ashley) enough.

Got a gel x set with a Russian manicure, and the gel x application is awful. There are bubbles inside the application and the application is thick and horrible. This definitely not worth what I paid for and they weren’t cheap. My cuticles look awful after just one week when they are supposed to last at least three weeks. One nail has already chipped off and multiple nails have chipping polish at the tips. Even the nail polish has bubbles in the application. The nail art wasn’t even done properly. If you want gel x or Russian manicure skip image salon. Awful nails and not worth what I paid at all. PSA: these pictures were taken a week after my appointment not more than two weeks out. I left for a trip and couldn’t do anything about it.

I took a chance to try something new: a Russian manicure with builder gel. I cannot recommend Evalina enough! Her attention to detail on my cuticles and the gel make me feel like a new woman. Thank you!

Sooo, I have the worst luck with nail salons. I was referred to this salon and was told that Lee does great designs and does great work. I told the woman on the phone who turned out to be the owner, that I was very picky. She told me that Lee was my guy. So I go in and meet Lee. I tell him my story and how I can't find a nail tech that will do a good job, does nail designs, and prioritizes me as a client. He knocked my socks off with the first set I got! It was very cheap considering it was a full set and polish change on my toes nothing too fancy. It was $100 or something like that and I tipped $50. I noticed that my appointments were getting pushed back and I was starting to get rushed out after a few visits. So I asked him what I could do to avoid this from happening and he told me to be #1. So I started booking at 10am (opening) 2 weeks out. I then started tipping higher as well to incentivize him to make sure i got my full appointment. Sure enough, I start getting pushed back. I then come in and start getting attitude for wanting fancy designs. I got one set that was so lovely that I tipped him $125 on a $150 bill!! After that, the treatment got worse! He acts like I annoy him or something. This last visit I had blue acrylic on my nails and he was going to try and paint over it to avoid giving me a new set. This is after he already sawed the nails down so low to try and get as much blue off as possible burning the crap out of my already thin nails. What motivates these people because it doesn't appear to be money??!! I make sure to let them know that money is not an issue, but it never seems to make me a priority. What can I do to get a nail technician to make me a priority and get a big fat tip for doing so???
