2025-11-14This was the second time I have been there. The first time was 5/5. This time was different. Three of the nails are not straight. I like a natural shape and it is off. Half of the nails are not painted on the sides. There was nail polish left on my skin. The tech was nice I did tip I just will have to go pay someone else to fix it.

2025-04-03I went here years ago when it was called Kathy Nails. Then I went back once after Kathy left and didn't like the service I received until April of 2025. I loved the way they took the time with my mom pedicure. I needed my dip polish redone, so I decided to give Danny a try. If you are getting dip polish go see Danny at Dynasty Nail Spa.

2025-12-02This was my first time at this salon and unfortunately the experience wasn’t good. The vibes were off from the moment I walked in. My nail tech actually did a nice job, so this review isn’t about her. The issue was the pricing and the attitude from the owner. I booked online for one price, but when I asked to pay before going under the light, the owner suddenly quoted me a different amount — $70 instead of the price listed on their website. When I questioned it, she was dismissive and rude, and even started comparing her prices to other salons instead of addressing the mismatch. It felt unprofessional and made the whole experience uncomfortable. Transparency and respect matter, especially for first-time customers. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
