Expo Nails & Spa Sarasota

I had a disappointing experience with my recent nail appointment. I got a new full set done on Friday, but my nail beds looked uneven, as if I already needed a fill. To make matters worse, the gel polish began peeling the very next day. I returned the following Tuesday to have them fixed, but the polish peeled again shortly after. Despite coming back a third time, I received no apology and was made to wait, only to feel rushed once they finally attended to me. The overall environment felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service.

I had my nails done at another place and I was unhappy with the results. I showed up to Expo nails embarrassed and upset, wondering if they could help me fix them. I was treated like my opinion did not matter about what I wanted at the previous nail salon. The manager at expo nails put me at ease and helped me in the kindest manner. The quality of their work is unmatched. They really care about their clients experience and they do quality work. Their prices are great too. I refuse to go anywhere else!

I was looking for a new nail salon after 15 years at a larger company. Nancy was excellent, friendly and professional! This is my new place!

I had a fantastic experience at Expo nails this morning. From the friendly greeting to the beautiful manicure. I saw Ann and she was so helpful in color matching a polish color I have at home and love. She was very warm and friendly, detailed, and skilled at what she does!! I’ll definitely be back.

I gave this place several tries, but will not be returning. I got a new set my first time and Lee was great, i tried to book him online and saw he had zero availability. Thought maybe on vacation or something. So i just went with whoever was available next visit. When i arrived Lee was there not taking care of anyone so i thought maybe a glitch ? Didn’t mind to much. But was a little annoyed. Person who did my nails was fine. 2 of my nails broke near the middle within the week i got them. I didn’t care too much. I went back and whoever did my nails did not know what they were doing. The 2 that were fixed did not match the rest of the nails and then another nail broke in the middle within the week. Tells me they use cheap products. I decided to take my nails off and start somewhere new. But still liked the vibe of the place. I did get one pedi prior and was fine so i thought let me do just a pedi here. I can barely walk as my big toe was cut into way too much. When i left the salon my feet were still not smooth. I felt the tech was annoyed i didn’t decide to take a more expensive pedi. Spent 60$ total with tip on a gel pedi…. Which is a lot pedi it’s $36 for a natural pedi. Didn’t say anything cause prices have changed. But went home and realized feet are still rough and now my big toe feels infected. So i am annoyed i spent $$ here and feet weren’t done properly and i can barely walk. I didn’t have any ingrown nails and i don’t know why she preformed services as such. Again wont try again.
