2025-10-13I’ve been a regular at Best Nail Salon for a while and have never had any issues—until my appointment yesterday afternoon. This time, my natural nails were filed too far in on the sides. One of them even started to bleed during the filing process. The technician did apologize, which I appreciated. She asked if I liked the shape, and while I said yes at the time, I didn’t notice how far in the sides had been filed until I got to my car and saw them from a different angle. While I do like the overall shape, I’m concerned about how aggressive the filing was, especially since it broke the skin. This could increase the risk of infection, and I wanted to share my experience so the salon is aware and hopefully can prevent this from happening to anyone else.

2025-10-31Cathy is the best in town! I only get my manicures done by her. I went to a few nail salons in the Sarasota/Bradenton area before coming here and I love it here. Very nice people, very courteous and friendly. The place is always clean and the prices are decent. I recommend this business for nail services.

2025-08-29I love Tina and the time she takes to please her customers and make us all feel and look great; however the owner Loan is ALWAYS walking by and saying negative stuff to her and because it’s in a different language she thinks we don’t know. Her demeanor is awful and RUDE! Tina takes her time for perfection and always has someone in her chair BECAUSE she is the best. Do better as owners and stop hating. Even try smiling!
