I recently visited Encore nail bar for a manicure and pedicure with my mother and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The salon was spotless, with every station sanitized and well-organized. My nail technician, Mary, was so professional and attentive. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure my nails were perfect. I opted for a gel manicure with some nail art, and I’m in love with the results! My nails have never looked better, and they’ve lasted over a week without chipping. The ambiance was also fantastic—relaxing music, comfortable seating, and a calm atmosphere made it feel like a mini spa day. I also appreciated that they had a great selection of colors and products to choose from. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I was beyond satisfied with how my Amy did my nails. I asked for builder gel overlay, and they came out perfectly. The application was not lumpy whatsoever. I will definitely return

I went for the first time today and had an amazing experience! The customer service is great and I love how my nails turned out. I did a traditional pedicure and gel on my nails and had an overall lovely time. Would definitely recommend!

Used to love this place years ago. Went back once moved back to the area. First time back a few months ago was ok. Second time only went back because i had a gift card. And the girl did AMAZING. the third and final time though. It was AWFUL. Dude was rough and rude. Told me i needed a full set even though i just had one last time. Asked for thicker tips as i let my nails go longer then usual. Did not expect him to do half my nail! And the pinky he showed me looked good so i said ok. Didn't look at the rest til done and it was too late to redo them i ended up paijting over them once i got home and just went with that for a few weeks. And these were supposed to be gorgeous for my wedding anniversary. He cut me multiple times with no apology or slowing down. Upon paying (price was like $80!) I had anotber gift card from my birthday bought the same day as the previous one. This one wasn't working. I did not have a receipt as it was a gift and they made it seem like the card had already been used and tried to make me pay as it wasn't working. Terrible customer service and terrible service period. Will NOT be returning ever and ive told anyone around to stay away. This place has changed ownership way too many times. Not what it used to be when it was encore nails.
