I previously left a positive review when I was only getting regular dip nails, but after my most recent visit I’m extremely disappointed. I was charged $117 for an ombré dip with 3D designs and a few stones and that was after an $11 discount. For that price, I expected quality work, but that’s not what I received. The “ombré” isn’t blended at all! You can clearly see the lines where the colors should fade together. The design work is messy, and I found myself having to ask for things to be fixed as they were being done which I shouldn’t have to do for a $127 service. I’m a very understanding person and never want to hurt anyone’s feelings, so I stayed polite, but once I got to my car and really looked at my nails and then what they charged me I realized how dissatisfied I actually was, this is a catastrophe. I went in expecting one thing and came out with something completely different, along with money lost. Now I have to spend my birthday with nails I’m unhappy with. Unfortunately, this experience was not worth the price at all. I thought I had found a good place and the people are nice but the work is not cutting it.

Look at these nails guys. I wasn’t going to write a review but I had to. This is one week after a fill The worst nails I’ve ever had - I came with so much expectation because of the photos they have up. I’m not picky so I didn’t make a fuss. The guy rushed my nails was done in like 15 mins. I knew it was fast, but I didn’t know why. It didn’t register to me until after I left and tipped that the guy never did any buffing and barely filed my nails. (I don’t live in FL) This is so embarrassing. I wish I got his name. Please treat all of your clients equally.

Kathy did a wonderful job on my pedicure. She was very accommodating to me as I am very pregnant. She’s a very kind woman. I would definitely recommend going to her to have a great experience!

Linda was amazing! She works so hard, goes above and beyond with a smile! She made me feel so relaxed. Best pedicure ever!!!

🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! I asked for acrylics (short narrow shape) and showed the manager in the from EXACTLY how I wanted my nails and if he can do it like the picture. He responded “yes”. The manager applied too much acrylic and my nails came out horrible. He is not good at nails. The person who did my toes was horrible as well. I was leaving worst than I came in. Remind you everything cost $90 plus I always tip good. I kindly asked him to take them off because the work was horrible and he treated me like I wasn’t a customer anymore. He ignored me the whole time when I was asking him a question. I had to take my own nails off & file them down since he didn’t wanna take everything off that he put on. I would NEVER go here again. I had to also sign in on your iPad & I received a text message with your name.I also received emails from you guys. The manager that sits in the FIRST seat is horrible at nails. I wouldn’t let you guys touch my nails ever again. The experience was HORRIBLE & people pay way too much MONEY one nails & toes for them not to get they service they are paying for. Especially give good TIPS. I already told people not to go here because they will be wasting their time.
