Organic nails

I just moved here and was looking for a shop to get my nails done consistently. I get a clear polish on my nails and white shellac on my toes. She started with my toes and was so rough I said ow multiple times. I told her I wanted my cuticles cleaned up and completely ignored me. My simple nail request turned out terrible. She only took off a little of my previous manicure done at a different shop. The polish she put on was peeling immediately after I left and there were bubbles under every nail. She made no attempt at conversation the entire time. I took the polish off a few days later and now my nails are so weak and look worse than they have in years.

Although Brian is a nice man he did not do my gel manicure correctly! I have NEVER had a gel nail polish mani “CHIP” within 2 hours of leaving the nail salon (SEE PICS)!! The colors don’t match on the pointer finger and the thumb on both hands, they are not only two shades lighter but he did not put three coats of color on all of my nails like every other salon I’ve ever been to. The girl that did the nail art did amazing job (only reason they received 2 stars). I’m just extremely disappointed…I REALLY WAS HOPEFUL that they would be my new nail salon! 😭

I’ve been going to this salon on and off for 5yrs when I can get in with my sister who also does nails. The owner was nice, funny, and professional which is why I returned each time. Today, my services felt rushed. I was the only person getting my nails done beside a woman getting a pedicure. I chose a solid nude(matte) with a shiny tip. Most of my nails came out fine but there were a few that had imperfections within the foundation of the powdered acrylic, because (I’m assuming) a thin layer was applied so after it was buffed out it appeared to not be a solid base nude but it was smooth. I asked if it was anything he could do to fix it, maybe with a rhinestone or something to hide it. He proceeded to assure me that it wasn’t that bad. Despite me not being happy, and him knowing I wasn’t, he still took my money without further accommodations. I called him and expressed my concern, and his words were, YOU PICKED THE POWDER, I DIDNT. ITS THE POWDER! YOU JUST WANT A DISCOUNT. Mind you, money is and has NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE! I just wanted good quality nails and service. It’s Mother’s Day weekend. I haven’t had my nails done is forever and I just wanted them to be right. I won’t be returning!

Excellent service. Full set gel powder, GORGEOUS colour selection. Price was discussed before each process & Tim made sure it was what I wanted. Good conversation that made me comfortable (it's been a looong time since I've had a nails serviced) I'll definitely be going back💖💅💖

My former nail tech moved away, so I've been trying different nail salons around the area to find a new one. I was a walk in, and was greeted and seated quickly. Kelsie did very well on my volcano pedicure!
