Elegant Nails

Definitely won't be back! Please don't waste your time and money in this nail salon! They did sloppy job on 2 gel manicure and 1 gel pedicure. The paint is everywhere on our skins! What a waste of money! When I try to point it out to a woman (which I believe she was the owner or manager) she won't listen and won't let me talk. So I just let them have my money and just won't be back and will spread the word to everyone I know not to go here!

My fiancé got his toes done this morning and the technician literally scalped his toenails. We have bits of blood and the nails were cut way too short. The girl was in a rush and it shows

One of the best nail salons I have been to in years. Hands-down the best nail salon I have found near Northport. It is only 15 minutes from my house. They talk as much or as little as you would like. Always friendly. They offer water, wine, and soda and you can bring your own booze. They offer an experience for whatever you are looking for. Men, women, simple, complicated, they serve it all!! I never used to get my nails done much because I could never find the excitement in it. Thu is the best nail tech I have ever had. She will even pick my colors and designs on the days I really don’t feel like making any decisions for myself. She is extremely talented and very creative. Honestly I’ve had her pick the last two times and it’s better than anything I could come up with. Her nail art brings me joy every time I look down. 15/10 go !!!

Just don’t! Especially as a person of color. They didn’t realize I was using google translate. To say the least when I’m in this area I will NEVER come back. I was charged $20 for gel polish on top of $50 and didn’t receive all the services I paid for like the Caucasian patrons that opted for the exact same service. I’m disgusted to say the least. May I add he said “didn’t you pay the same the last time?” I’m from Fort Myers! So we all look the same right? I have never been to this establishment and I will never He cut my skin while he was cutting my LIVE skin not my cuticles. He did what he wanted to do instead of communicating. Pushing and pulling my feet and I mention my foot still hurts from when I broke it. He squeezed it. But I say this from our last interaction when I was paying I was probably treated as such because of mistaken identity. As a business they should be more mindful of the service that they provide to all paying customers. Your lack of communication, professionalism and disregard caused you to lose a potential customer because I’m ALWAYS in Orlando. SMH
