2025-10-11First time at Tôi and it was a pleasant experience. Got the builder gel with gel polish and my daughter got a kids mani. Lee was very sweet and attentive and Kyle’s attention to detail was impressive. The place was clean and cozy, no strong smells. And they offered refreshments. Will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends ♥️

2025-10-22It was my first time at this salon, and I was so disappointed. The place looks luxury and stylish, but my experience was terrible. It took 1.5 hours just to remove my gel polish! The “manicure” was only pushing my cuticles back — no real care at all. She didn’t shape my nails properly, I had to ask her 3 times to fix them. I chose a soft, light pink and ended up with a bright “Paris Hilton” pink. The polish was messy and all over my fingers. When I paid, the cashier didn’t even ask how my experience was — just said the total, nothing else. Very unprofessional. Never going back.

2025-09-26My husband and I went in today and had the BEST experience! 🌟 Mai was absolutely amazing — so sweet, professional, and welcoming. She did my husband’s Cloud Pedicure and he hasn’t stopped talking about how much he loved it. Definitely ask for Mai if you go, she’s wonderful! Van was also great and made me feel super comfortable. The salon itself is super clean, modern, peaceful… and they even have really good coffee, which was such a nice touch. ☕️ Hands down the best nail salon experience we’ve had. We’ll definitely be back!
