Studio Nails

1st time to Studio Nails, as a Report Card reward for my Senior. She stressed choosing a design for 3 days. We walked in, no appointment and each employee greeted us individually with a "Hello" and "Hi" and what service were we interested in. They offered us to sit in the massage chairs while we waited, as a few others were already having work done, and there was space available at that time. I enjoyed this as I was just the chauffeur for the day, it was nice to really relax. Once you are inside, you forget where the salon is actually located because of the interior design. Very glitzy and glam feeling without being overly bright and harsh on the eyes. We are still learning all of the employees names. But Ms. Jackie did my daughter's nails. We're working on my daughter communicating and advocating for herself more, getting ready for the adult world. She told Ms. Jackie the color but not the design, of course. However, Ms.Jackie nailed the impromptu design. My daughter was very happy with what she ended up with and said it was better than what she originally planned. We got a giggle out of Ms.Jackie and my daughter going back and forth over how short to make her nails. Ms.Jackie's nails are beautiful, but my daughter would end up like Edward Scissorhands if she did much beyond a sport length lol. (She was saying "oh no thats too short", and my daughter was saying "oh no, shorter..shorter..alil shorter"...this happened for a good minute. Lol it was endearing. They were both smiling throughout the appointment.) The best part, every single client that walked in was known by each employee and addressed by name. EVERY SINGLE CLIENT (4-5). Since we were new, I was "Sweet Mama" lol. The younger gentleman even took time in between his tasks to walk clients to their cars with an umbrella due to it storming all day. Oh, and the spritz of perfume, had me fresh all day long! We will absolutely be back! I look forward to getting a pedi for myself. Wish I could do more than 5 stars. Their customer service was amazing!!

First time here. 5 stars for Breanna!!! She was super sweet and did a good job applying gel polish. She helped me achieve the color I was looking for. 3 stars for sneaky business practices. I found Studio Nails on Google along with a special 20% off discount. I called immediately to make an appointment and asked if I could use the coupon for my visit. The woman, who I presume was the owner, said yes. When I went to pay, the owner said I couldn't use the coupon but I could have a gift certificate for future visit. Turns out the gift certificate is only for $5 off and two months old already (today is 11/7/25) Felt like a bait and switch. Please don't trick people into thinking they are receiving a special discount and then give them something else inferior.

Kaylee and Jackie have both done my nails. I have always loved the results. Their prices are reasonable and they have coupons for returning customers.

Easy parking. Recommend appointment but not necessary. Fair pricing. Tigerseyw gel polish is beautiful!!! Brianna is my nail girl and does a fantastic job and has never hurt my nails! Lol.
