If I could give this place NO STARS, I would! I got a pedi here before and it was great. The lady did an awesome job. I went back to get a mani pedi and I selected the 30 min pedi - I was in the chair for a total of 15 mins. He didn’t trim my toenails (I asked) and didn’t file them either. So they were all crooked. Barely cut my cuticles and didn’t scrub any calluses off my feet. Half my toenails were not even painted because it was so rushed (they were not busy either). Then I go to get my mani, I tell the guy my cuticles are bad and need them cut off. Didn’t even cut them LOL & barely filed my nails, I had sharp corners I had to come home and file myself. The paint job was horrible. Base coat and top coat all over my skin as well as the blue nail polish. Some of the nail wasn’t even painted (again - VERY RUSHED) and paint all over the cuticles he pushed down but didn’t cut off. I called asking for a refund and the manager said yes, all I had to do was come in. My husband went in for me & they only refunded me for my manicure and gave him such an awful time. It took over 45 minutes for them to figure out how to do a refund and then started arguing with my husband about it. Then tried to pull up “camera footage” saying that I was in the chair for 30 mins. Definitely not. I wouldn’t bother wasting my time at this place. There are nail salons on every corner & this isn’t the place to go.

Came in instead of my usual salon - Since my regular tech is out of town. A friend recommended I try Bella. I booked online on Thursday for a Monday morning appt. I got a text at 5pm Sunday saying Bella would be off the following day and asked to reschedule. Mondays are my only day off so I asked if anyone else could accommodate my appointment - But Bella offered to come in at a later time Monday instead. I go in yesterday, let them know I have an appointment at 12 with Bella. A man sits me down and starts removing the old gel from my acrylic's. I honestly don't even know how - but he lost control of the dremel and ended up taking a massive chunk out of the cuticle on my pinky nail.... Bella comes in a few minutes after and took over. I show her two different designs I was thinking about and she said she could do either - so settled on one I thought would be easier. I could tell after the painting started that I wouldn't be getting the design I had originally wanted, however I allowed her to continue. my entire appointment from when the man started removing my gel to check out was about an hour and 15... Right before she finishes - she says the total will be $90 (not including tip) The cost to be left with a design I did not want and a chunk out of my cuticle is honestly insane. Unfortunately I will not be back... However Bella was very kind and professional. The shape and length of my nails is perfect and they are all very even.
