Having recently moved to the area, I spent two months searching for a lash technician who could work within my budget. After exploring numerous reviews, I came across Hang Spa on Groupon and decided to give it a try. I was able to secure an appointment for the same day without needing to purchase a voucher upfront; all I had to do was mention my interest in using one. I learned that it takes a while for merchants to receive payment through Groupon, so it's great that they offer price matching. I opted for a full set of natural volume lashes along with gel polish and a head spa treatment. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service—I didn’t have to wait long at all. They offered me drinks and took the time to listen to my concerns. My lash technician and head spa specialist, Ms. MAI provided an incredible experience. She pampered me thoroughly, allowing me to relax and even take a nap. Mai was meticulous in her work and didn’t rush through the process, and she also took care of waxing my eyebrows. Khanh, the manager, did my nails, and I was really impressed with the results. The overlay was perfectly applied without being too thick, and they used a more natural gel compared to what I’ve experienced at other nail salons. The service was both precise and efficient. Although the spa may appear small, the quality of service is exceptional—definitely a reminder not to judge a place by its size. They even matched the package price from my previous salon back in Virginia, which shows how much they value their customers. Overall, my experience at Hang Spa was outstanding!

Ms. Hang is amazing! She listened to what I wanted done with my lips and took extra care to ensure I was happy with the end result. I’ve now had lash lift/tint, permanent makeup brows + lips done and I am so happy. I drive 45 minutes or more each way to see these talented beauticians!

If you are looking the best spa experience with ALL the services, look no further it is here!! The range of services is simply unbelievable! High quality products and top of the line equipment made for a marvelous experience. This spa is beyond what I could have expected, Hang’s spa put customer experience over all! The ambience is so relaxing and the personal touch with each service is beyond compare. I spent 5hrs here and it felt only like 2 hrs. I had a head spa treatment, then pedicure, full set, full body massage, followed by full body laser hair removal…and of course she used numbing cream because she wants all of her customers to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible. I’m coming back on Thursday with my daughter for another head spa treatment. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I visited Hang Spa for the first time today and was blown away. The space is intimate and relaxing, nothing like the typical nail salon that rushes you through and skimps on the massage. I was welcomed by genuinely friendly staff, each with a warm smile. My technician, Jane, was phenomenal. She took her time on my toes, made sure I was comfortable, and was both gentle and thorough. The foot and leg massage she gave me was one of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many places. The pedicure included luxurious treatments like hot stones, hot wax, and a scrub, making the entire experience feel elevated and indulgent. Jane also did my Head Spa, and it was truly blissful. She is strong, detail-oriented, and has an incredible touch. The combination of massage, alternating hot and cold treatments, and a facial created an out-of-body level of relaxation. I can rarely fully unwind in a spa setting, yet here I was, completely at peace. This was one of the most rejuvenating and memorable spa experiences I’ve ever had. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend Jane to anyone seeking exceptional care.

I went in for a mani/pedi and ended up adding a facial, head spa, and eyebrow hair strokes. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Cindy and Mei. I was worried about getting permanent makeup done on my eyebrows, but Hang did an amazing job. They look so natural and I feel so much better! Her work is very much worth the price!! This is a great spot in Palmetto! I will definitely be back!
