Glossy 130 Nails & Spa

I am extremely disappointed and will not be going back. 5 months ago I went in to get a fill and a pedicure, my normal maintenance. My nails looked amazing except for the fact that I had to go in twice for them to fix the paint because the gel was peeling off after less than 24hrs. I didn’t go back for a while. Well last night I went in for a fill and a pedicure. My pedicure was amazing. Anna is always the best. My fill was not okay at all. I can not only feel but see the indentations from the nail drill. I wanted ombré white and pink and I barely have any white. There’s not just 1 type of “glitter” but 3 and she didn’t even consult me about it and couldn’t be bothered when I said something about the tiny beads she used instead of the glitter. There is a line going through my nail with glitter that has no glitter and the nail with the tiny beads just looks like a mess and in one part it’s actually raised up and missing beads in some spots. I am highly disappointed because getting these things done are not cheap.

Have been going there for years… Maybe not a regular every couple weeks kind of customer but I’ve always sworn by them. I will admit it was October 31 (not that that should have anything to do with it but… Employees were definitely in a rush to leave) when my daughter and I decided to treat ourselves. Got the super deluxe $60 pedicure (should’ve been 60 minute pedicure). Plus, manicures. It sucked! Wasn’t even there 45 minutes. My feet never did get a soak. The pedicure did not even last a couple weeks! The next day, I did call Steve (the owner) who offered me $20 off my next pedicure… Thought About it… HELL NO! I’m not wasting any more money there. he was trying to appease a customer without having any loss to himself… Yeah, no! I’ll be shopping around for a new place

I was in today for my first time at 11am. I do not know the name of the lady who did my pedicure since they switched me last minute but she seemed upset that I only wanted a basic pedicure. (You should be thankful you had a customer) not only is my polish completely sloppy and all over my skin, the color of my toenails do not match my fingernails. Larry did my fill on my hands and he did a phenomenal job. 3 stars because of Larry making my experience better, it would have been 1 without him. Also, i was not offered anything to drink while two women were drinking wine.

Extremely well-kept establishment. Anna treated me today! I moved here recently from dallas and this place is certainly my new home! Wine selections, ALOT of color options, well priced services. Very great service everyone was so sweet and attentive. Would put 6 stars if I could! 💅😁 Also, she gave me the best little neck massage at the end which totally wasn’t expected.
