Velvet Nail Bar 2

I walked in to this place yesterday afternoon and showed the lady at the front, who I think is the manager, what I wanted which was a removal of the acrylic and then gel X with the below design. She puts me with the only person available. He basically talked me out of the gel X and to just do a fill and also to only do 4 fingers instead of 10. He had the photo in front of him the whole time with the manager walking by to see every 5 mins and this was the result. I don’t fully blame the guy who did them but it should have been a conversation that there was no one available who would be able to do what I wanted and I would’ve respected that but instead I get this level of work by someone who didnt know how to do it. The design of the middle and ring finger (what him and I agreed on) is not even close to what I received and the lines are really bad (either not connected or overlapping other lines). Then at the end when I had decided I would never be back, the manager charged me for 10 designs instead of the 4 I received (I was not aware of the price break down) and didn’t notice until I was about to walk out the door. She then proceeds to give me a gift card for the difference which I should have just said no and stated I just want a refund, that’s on me. I normally don’t leave reviews but I have been getting my nails done for years and just moved here and I have never had an experience that left me this upset (they were about to close by the time I left so there would have been nothing anyone could do to fix them at that point) I put photos of what I received vs the photo I showed for reference Update: chipped after 24 hours with no force, just chipped off

Absolutely love my dip manicure. I went in for a gel manicure and wasn't completely satisfied with the results, so Lilly called me and they re did it as a dip manicure and it looks amazing. They were so quick to resolve the issue and I am so happy. I have been going to this nail bar for a few years now and they have always stood behind their services and make sure you are 100% satisfied. Love this place and highly recommend them.

I will definitely be coming back!!! I had an amazing experience and absolutely LOVE my nails. Tony did a fantastic job with my ombré coffin nails. I love how thin they are and the hand massage was a chef’s kiss!

Ryan and Yung do the best pedicures! I’ve even gotten my husband hooked and now we come every four weeks together. The staff is friendly and always goes the extra mile to remember our preferences. For example, my husband likes to have one of their eye masks while enjoying his pedicure. The foot massages are also too notch and even help with my plantar fasciitis. Highly recommend!

Sala is the BEST i’ve ever experienced for a pedicure.. she genuinely gives 100% to her clients and is so detail oriented with her work. i truly could not recommend anyone better. will never go anywhere else! :)
