C Nails

Disappointed. Went in for a regular french tips SNS set & they let so many of my actual nails show underneath. Also whatever coating they put on top looks super grainy. They also left a bunch of specks in my nails. Staff was friendly but they did a very sloppy job. Won’t be returning.

Love coming to this place! All the nail techs always do a great job. They take their time, are meticulous and make sure you are happy with the end result. I don’t go to any other nail place in the Tampa Bay Area but this one

I am extremely sad that I have to find a new salon because I feel completely embarrassed to ever return. Having employees walk out of the salon, come knock on my car window and tell me I owe another $17.00 is a story I think should be told! This was my second visit to this salon and at first everything seemed to be going well on my pedicure. I asked for a the lavender pedicure option they had on their menu. I arrived around 4:45 and mind you I didn’t leave till almost 7pm! I wanted to get mani but being I was already there for over 2hrs I needed to get home to my children. The woman doing my pedicure cut my nails and my cuticles but never cleaned under the nails like every other pedicure I have gotten and that’s probably one of the very reasons I GO. She also painted my nails right after she did the exfoliating scrub then drained the water and began to act like it was the end of the service almost as if she forgot I wanted the stone message and lotion with hot towel message. She did do the entire pedicure I requested but while she was painting my toe nails my toe got stuck to the towel with gel paint and she tried to fix it but really just pained over the fuzz which you can feel on my toe nails. Once I got to the register I asked how much the total service for a lavender pedicure with gel. She said $45.00. I asked again “how much?” Because I was trying to use my calculator on my phone to find out how much I need to give with a $20% tip on my service. The woman said $45.00 dollars again. I responded back “please put $12.00 tip.” She turns to another worker given a pedicure and that woman says to me “pay tip on slip”. I get my receipt and put $45.00 on the total spot and $12.00 on the tip spot paying $57.00. I walked out to my car which was parked right in front of the door to the salon. I sat in my car for 5 mins trying to order my family dinner when the woman who did my nails and another employee who spoke very little English came walking out the front door to my passenger window and began knocking on it. I rolled it down and the woman who spoke very little English says “come back inside pay $17.00 now! For gel!” I responded back “I’m sorry but your co-worker charged me the wrong amount and had I not sat here for 5 mins to order my family dinner you would of been out the $17.00 but now you want me to stop ordering my dinner and go back inside to run my card for a mistake your co-worker made after I asked multiple times the total and stood by the register for 3-5 mins before paying. She held up her finger and ran back inside while the woman who did my nails stood holding onto my car door so I could not leave. The owner came out and told me it was okay and that I could leave. What’s so disappointing is I just told the owner how much I really was happy to finally find a nail salon I actually wanted to keep returning back too. I must of spoken too soon or jinxed myself because I wont be going back 🥺

Great place, calm and relaxing, clean, and friendly service. My daughter and I were in the area decided on spontaneous pedis. They accepted us as walk-ins even and were very gracious and nice. Pedi felt great, and love my new gel toes.
