Ocean Nails (In Oldsmar)

Sarah has been doing my nails for nearly four years. She always does a beautiful job. She is very quick and the set will last for weeks and weeks. Her pedicures are so relaxing as well. I have also gotten a few facials from her which are lovely. Everyone who works at the shop is so nice and the place is very very clean. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about this nail salon! I come every two weeks for a gel mai/pedi and am always beyond impressed. Johnny is absolutely amazing; his talent, precision, and attention to detail are unmatched, and my nails come out flawless every single time. The quality of work is truly impeccable. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming, making each visit such a pleasant experience. The salon is always spotless and beautifully maintained. I waited almost a week before writing this review so I would be able to rate the wear on my nails. They look as good as they did on the first day!! They make my 71 year old tips & toes look great! Ivy did a fantastic job! She works at a pace that allows you to relax but, she is very efficient too. This was my first visit to Ocean Nails (great salon!) and I am ready to go back!

Johnny does an amazing job. He has done my nails for a few years and he is always so sweet. However the hostess, Victoria, is never welcoming or friendly no matter how nice I try to be and usually acts like I am inconveniencing her. I had somebody else at this location do my nails recently and I was not happy with them. (They were too thick) I paid $27 plus tip to have them repaired since I did not like them. ( I had a vacation planned and really wanted to look nice. Anywhere else they wouldn’t have even charged to make the correction since I was dissatisfied) First day on vacation (the next day) and my nails look like this. For the initial charge of $45 plus tip and then another $27 plus tip I would expect perfection and maybe some appreciation or friendly quality customer service. Johnny is great minus this one time I really needed my nails to look nice but I think I am done here.

Sara does an excellent job with my gel nails. She listens to what I want and always asks if I’m satisfied throughout the process. Always an enjoyable experience when I come here!
