Jenny is absolutely amazing. She really understood what I was wanting I came in with 4 of my real nails gone because they broke in half. She took the time to put acrylic tips on them and shape them like my natural nails. I wanted a design I found on Pinterest but she encouraged me to get flowers and boy was that a good choice! My nails are so pretty and feel so strong. If I could give Jenny 6 stars I would. 🩷 UPDATE: Jenny did amazing on my Christmas nails for December 2025. Love her!!! ❤️

Breakdown: Clean and beautiful place, lovely staff, solid experience, did not get the nail designs I wanted. 7/10 --- While the overall experience was great, I did not get the nail designs that I wanted. I don't know how to attach photos to show or I would. I wanted holiday themed nails: Peppermint swirled nails, Christmas bows, and Reindeer. The only one of those I got was the reindeer. The nail tech Sam told me my nails were too small for a peppermint design (I asked a different tech after the fact and she disagreed), Sam coughed on me several times, and her lines are not straight nor do they connect. Her attitude was ok. She stressed me out a bit, she seemed a little impatient, but overall she was kind. It was my first time ever getting my nails done professionally, so overall it was a great experience. I got a pedicure too (my toes). Ryan did them and he was amazing! He was very kind and patient with me because I had no clue what to tell him. The pedicure was so relaxing and I loved the finished product. I got French tips on my toes.

This is a very clean and lovely nail salon for a pedicure. Scheduled an appointment and it did not disappoint! Best massage chairs I’ve ever sat in, very friendly and lovely staff! Super happy and satisfied with my Gold pedicure which included a 10 minute massage and paraffin! Amazing selection of Polish types and colors! I’ll be happy to return again!

Thomas, Ryan and Tina are amazing people!!!! I had no wait, I had a full Petty a full Manny full set with gel and my eyebrows done all within an hour!! And all for roughly $120!!! These guys are not playing. Let me tell you amazing! If you haven't been to Viva nails, I don't know what you're waiting for! The service was tip top, the people were so kind and the quality is there y'all! 💯❤️ I will definitely be back!

I had been going to another salon that was always busy and fast paced and my daughter tried this one with Tim and was very pleased. It was quiet and Tim did a great job on her fingernails. Being unhappy at the other place and feeling like my services were rushed and it was not a pleasant or relaxing experience ,my daughter recommended this place to me as well as Tim. I just went for the 2nd time and I am so happy. It is quiet, and I get seen immediately and feel very relaxed and not rushed. Tim did exactly what I asked for (dipped) and was very pleasant. He did an excellent job on my nails. He is very detailed and thorough and made my hands so pretty! I couldn't be happier! I will be back every 3 weeks to have Tim do my fingernails!!
