5 Star Nails

My 1st experience was great with Linda. Unfortunately, after my 2nd, 3rd, 4th and so not so much. Felt rushed, asked me if I wanted to add on pedicure I said no. Asked if I wanted a new set of nails because they’re grown out I told her only if you have time with the design I want. She said yes I have time. Ok great we proceeded. The design looked like crap so we took it off and I went with plain nail polish. She was upset at me that I didn’t like it but I’m not paying for nails that were not to my expectation as shown before we started the process. Weeks ago their top coat didn’t cure and I had to go back multiple times for them to fix it and Lee didn’t fix it properly instead put layers of top coat on top of top coat making it worse. I had to go back three times for them to properly fix it! I was patient then and after today I won’t be back! Poor service and quality. I will find a better nail tech who knows what they’re doing and takes their time! Pics for reference on poor quality! I don’t recommend this place as the service and quality is mediocre.

First time I’ve ever been to this place. It is absolutely gorgeous very clean very roomy. The people are amazing and they done such great work extremely impressed with their work and their talents and everything that they did for my Christmas Nails and my daughters and the prices you cannot beat. Everyone is very professional. They do things quickly, but efficiently has the perfect lighting and They do most everything there not just nails and feet. I will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you Tina for my beautiful nails. I love them and I appreciate you.

I was at the 5 Star Nails place on October 18th and Louis did my nails. I had UV gel and a pedi done. Today is October 28th and within one week my nails look smudged. I came and showed them and they told me I needed to pay again for the nail color. She stated she couldn’t see the issue. Horrible horrible service. I am beyond disappointed smh after paying so much money and tipping as well.

My first time here and they made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. They are very down to earth and the place is so peaceful and relaxing! But most importantly, rose was amazing! She is the first person to get my nails right on the first try. Looks like.i found my new goto place as well as person!

My experience at 5 star Nails was phenomenal. I am apart of the Blind Community. The Employees /customer service from the service desk to the eyebrow chair was phenomenal. It was an great experience.
