EMM Nail Bar & Lash

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for the past several months and overall, it’s a lovely space — very clean, modern, and relaxing. They even have a cocktail bar, which adds a fun touch, though I’ve yet to actually be offered a drink during any of my visits. I usually spend around $140 for a natural nail dip and a basic pedicure with gel polish. Sydney does an excellent job with dip — very clean, long-lasting work. The salon has a decent selection of dip colors, though the matching polish options don’t quite line up, which can be a little frustrating when trying to coordinate hands and feet. My main issue — and the one thing that might eventually push me to look elsewhere — is the way appointments are handled. I’ll book my dip with Sydney and a pedicure with Bella at the same time, only to arrive and find the schedule has changed. Either the services can’t be done at the same time, or I’m placed with different technicians altogether. As a loyal client, it’s frustrating to make appointments in advance and not have them honored — both the time and the person I booked with should be respected. If the booking system can’t guarantee that, It shouldn’t exists. That said, the quality of the work keeps me coming back — especially for Sydney’s work — and I do appreciate the cleanliness and overall aesthetic of the space. I just hope the scheduling improves.

Absolutely great customer service, from the sweet young woman up front, to the woman who did my nails. Absolutely loved how they came out. Thank you. I don't live in the area but was on my way back to town and wanted my nails done and came here an hour before close and they were even asking if I wanted a pedicure (I didn't). Thanks for the great service. Very happy with my nails. I'll be back when I'm in the area again. I'm about 45 minutes north of you guys.

I love going to the shop. It is amazing. The staff is always courteous and warm. Sydney is my nail technician. I’ve been going since February. I went from my nails being very weak and brittle to extremely long and healthy. Now I have always had long nails, but years of wearing tips and acrylics took a toll on them, so I trusted her when she told me just to try a thin dipping powder and we have and my nails are naturally very strong. I just never believes after all the years of acrylic and lymph this could happen. I will definitely post pictures. The truth is sometimes it can last a month that’s not my preference but we travel sometimes I wouldn’t make it back however going every other week the maintenance is easy and it is very affordable and the worth the value my daughter and my husband now go awesome the best nail spot ever and we live all the way in Wellington and I come all the way to West Palm and it’s worth it!

Alfie did an absolutely fantastic job on both my gel pedicure and ombre acrylic nails! He’s incredibly talented and super particular when it comes to details which I really appreciate. My nails came out flawless, and the entire experience was relaxing and professional. I can confidently say I’ll be a regular with Alfie from now on. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a nail tech who truly cares about their work!

I got a same day appt which was convient. I booked because of the reviews. I was disappointed with the lack of knowledge of the nail techs. I wanted a pink and white ombre with dip powder and no one knew how to do it. I did change to a French because I had waited 2 times for a tech that knew how to do what I wanted but in the end they couldn't accommodate. I was told it would take 10 minutes and meanwhile I got an eyebrow wax, but in reality it is was 30 mins. Bao was a great nail tech and did a wonderful job on my nails but I wanted something that they couldn't give me. My pedicure was so so. She didn't even out my toenails and they don't look the best. I only got a white nail polish on my pedicure. I would have chosen a different color if i knew my nails would be different. The only saving grace was the 10% off they offer for new clients. The salon itself is nice. Was definitely looking for a recurring salon to go to but not sure if I will return.
