I’ve been coming here many times, and every single visit has been exceptional. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is consistently top-tier. I’m extremely fussy when it comes to my nails, and it’s genuinely hard for me to find someone whose work I’m fully happy with — but Cece is on another level. She’s one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met and incredibly skilled at what she does. She pays attention to every detail, makes each appointment feel effortless, and the final result is always flawless. If you want beautiful nails done by someone who truly cares about her craft, this is the place. I won’t be going anywhere else.

I was in town for my friend's wedding and chose this spot based on the positive Google reviews and convenience. My experience did not reflect the positive Google reviews I read before my appointment. It was not a relaxing experience. As a previous review mentioned, the atmosphere was very transactional. There was a lack of warmth and attention to detail. The first nail tech I had was a bit scattered but did make an effort to be friendly after a little while. She recommended the Gel X but didn't hear me when I told her I would prefer to do the dip with tips. I didn't speak up (my fault) and just allowed her to continue with the Gel X. I had inquired about pricing and she said that the dip with tips and Gel X would be around the same price. Well, it was substantially more than anticipated. I spoke to a nail tech where I live and shared my experience, she said I was overcharged. It was around almost $90 for my service that day. Everything appeared to be charged a la carte, even the nail shaping. The rhinestone fell off after 3-4 days. If anyone is considering trying Gel X, do not. It destroyed my nails. My nails are still recovering from Gel X. I'm not sure why the nail tech insisted that they are better and more natural for your nails. All in all, I feel that the price I paid did not reflect the quality of customer service I had received. I considered going back to fix one of the nails before leaving town but felt anxiety just by the thought of returning. I do hope this review helps create more awareness and understanding regarding service, atmosphere, and pricing. I wish this small business well but I have to be honest about my experience.

I love going to Pretti Beauty Boutique you get exceptional service always nice and friendly environment. The atmosphere is great and always welcome. My daughter and I love coming here we are always greeted with a smile.

This was my first time coming here and the experience couldn't have gotten any better. The atmosphere, the diligence, the quality, EVERYTHING! Cece snapped and she definitely gained a loyal customer! She was very helpful with the whole process! She took her time and as you can see they came out stunning. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NAILS!
