Nikia is a gem! Her warm smile and genuine care made my visit a treat. She gave me a perfect mani/pedi lovely cuticles, zero flaws with mirror shine. Meticulous and wasn’t rushed as so many are in today’s world. Book Nikia for nails (and soul) that sparkle. 💅✨ While in town for work, I spun the wheel and WON, with Nikia!

Amy is amazing! I’ve been to a lot of nail techs, but she truly stands out. She’s detail-oriented, gentle, and takes her time to make sure everything comes out perfect. My nails have never looked better. On top of that, she’s so friendly and makes the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about her work and her clients, Amy is the one. Highly recommend! 💅✨

I got a GelX fill and you can see where my old nail grew out. I told the owner and asked for a partial refund and he said no, that they can fix it. From start to finish these nails took 2 hours and 15 minutes. I did not want to sit there for another hour or so to “fix it”. Not to mention the design is also done poorly. I STILL tipped 20% & would expect an owner to take care of his customers properly. Will not be coming back.

I’m not from Florida so I’m not sure how much different California is but great reviews nice people but the nails themself kinda suck Party of 4 close to 4 hundred dollars and hate my nails They arnt smooth the thumb is bumpy 🙃 my daughters look good though so three stars for that

I recently visited Archer Nail studio expecting a professional and satisfactory experience. Unfortunately, that's not what I got. I got booked with an inexperienced nail artist who didn’t do what I asked for, hurted me really badly, took 3 hours and didn’t finish her job. They made me pay, promising they will redo it for free next time since I was rushing for an international flight. I was surprised when I called the salon 1 week after coming back from my trip, and walked all around with bloody sticky uneven awful nails, the owner told me he wasn’t gonna fix it for free because it was a long time and he didn’t know about it. It was after I left a google review that he called me and made me remove the review if I wanted them to fix my nails, I accepted it because I was not going to lose all my money. I went there again for my nails to be fixed with another nail artist, this time it went well. I was very happy at first but just 4 days after my appointment, my nails are already chipped, and even broken! I paid for a service (acrylic) that it’s supposed to last for at least 2 weeks! that’s why the higher price. When I politely brought this to the owner's attention, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude saying he wasn’t gonna repair them and I have to pay. To make matters worse, when I asked about their guarantee policy, I was told they offer 2 days guarantee on their work. That's unacceptable for a business in the service industry. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place and would advise others to think twice before visiting. Poor customer service and lack of accountability for their work is not worth the risk.I've tried contacting the salon to express my concerns, but they haven't responded. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.
