Very disappointed with this salon. I was here twice for a manicure with regular polish . After removing the nail polish, I discovered that all 10 nails were seriously injured. The technician cut a deep groove with a milling cutter across the entire surface of the nail plate. Now the nails have been growing for four months, and the damage is still clearly visible. Full recovery will take about 5 months, and it is unknown how this will affect the health of the nails in the future. It is especially disappointing that the prices in the salon are twice as high as in most other beauty salons. For that kind of money, you expect quality and accuracy, and not long-term consequences and damaged nails. I will never go there again and do not recommend it to anyone. Update after business response: I would like to clarify several false statements made in the response from the salon… 1. I never accepted any refund or discount from your salon. I clearly told your team that I would not return after what happened, and I have written and verbal proof of that conversation. 2. The damage to my nails was visible only when nails started to grow after your service, not months later. I have video and photo evidence showing the condition of my nails before and after my visit to your salon. The deep grooves and over-filed nail plates are still clearly visible four months later — which would not have been possible if the damage was done later or elsewhere. 3. I did not visit other salons before noticing the damage. I went to other places only after the injury, trying to fix what was already done. So implying that the damage came from elsewhere is simply not true and deeply unprofessional. I shared my honest experience and have every right to warn others. Instead of acknowledging a mistake, you try to shift the blame — even though I have clear proof of what happened. This only further damages your credibility.

I had a wonderful experience with Tati today. I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, the attention to details, welcoming staff, and high quality products. I will definitely be back.

I saw Irina for a lash lift/tint + eyebrow lamination, tint & shaping and she is wonderful! I tried something new and went with the organic lamination, and I’m so happy with the results. Irina is the sweetest and did such a great job on my lashes & brows. + I had a manicure with Tati and she did an amazing job on my nails! Highly recommend all around.

Amazing service, quality, absolutely fantastic getaway of peace and love at the center of south beach. Coming here regularly for night quality mani, pedi to Tatiana and relaxing atmosphere plus very good product. Highly recommended

The staff were all so welcoming and kind—they greeted me with a warm cup of tea/coffee as soon as I arrived, and their sweet, attentive service made the whole experience even better. This was my first time trying a Russian manicure, and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it exceeded all my expectations. My nail tech was meticulous and thoughtful throughout the entire process.
