Winn Nail Spa

I’ve visited a few times as a walk in and as scheduled appointments. I really want to like this place and make it my regular nail salon but the work they do is just mediocre for the price they charge. Every time I get gel nails they pack the polish on and it makes it look uneven. And even tho I just had my nails filed they still snag on my clothes. Got a mani and pedi. The salon itself is bright and very clean.

The entire staff is so friendly and nice! The salon is super clean, bright and light. I was recommended by my daughter-in-law. Helen help me with taking acrylics off and putting the dip back on and they turned out beautiful. Tina was phenomenal with the pedicure. I will definitely be making this my new location for my nails.. very easy to get to located right next to the Crunch Fitness on Wickham Road in Melbourne. I highly recommend this business.

Very disappointed the 55$ pedicure that looked like a child polished them! I visited for the 1st time with my Mom today 9/18/25 and given Anna 2 to do the Linn Deluxe Pedi. The pedicure process was very rushed and she had to get up at least 6 times durning the pedicure for several things. The massage was very light and just petting strokes. Cuticles were not attempted to, I let her know as soon as I set I had gel x on my big toes and I didn’t want my nails short. She flies them unevenly and short. After the pedicure was done she started polishing the 1st toe and the polished didn’t look good. We decided a different color. When I looked at my toes I could see she clipped the gel x half way up the toe and didn’t blend it. I wasn’t paying attention to her I was chatting with my mom who was having a good experience beside me with Anna 1. I asked could we fill the 2 big toes in to make them look better she agreed. Then she got even more rushed with me, she said she had an appointment coming in, so in 5 mins I had a fill in on 2 toes and full polish done. And the photo speaks for itself. As I was drying my mom and I noticed Anna’s client looking at us as Anna talked to her. After 10 mins her talking about me as I dried, I took these pics because I was upset. Then Anna came over and said it was just skin and they look okay just oil them. She relished the big toes and went back over to her station. My polish didn’t dry and still looked like poo, I redid my polish at home it was clear polish or left over products from the message, my toes looked horrible!

I always book with Anna #2! She never misses. She is organized and precise. She does exactly the design I want, even does it better than the original picture. Not only is her nail art phenomenal, she takes cares of your nails and the skin surrounding. I highly recommend!!! These are just a couple of recent nails!

Anna #2 is truly the best ever! She’s talented, detail-oriented, and always makes my nails look amazing. She does amazing designs and makes them look better than the pictures. Every appointment feels like a treat—she’s professional, creative, and so fun to be around. I always leave with perfect nails and a smile. Highly recommend!
