NAIL WORLD

I've been here twice now for pedicures and I will absolutely be coming back for future pedis. I went to elsewhere in between the pedis because this place was closed and, quite honestly, never again. The other place wasn't nearly as good or efficient. The as staff is friendly and I've not had to wait. Both times have been walkin-ins with no issues. The place is clean and the massaging chairs are cozy enough to fall asleep in.

Big gap between my cuticle and the color, I kindly asked if it could be fixed on 3 nails within 5m of leaving salon and said I would come back whenever they had time. We all know how awful it feels to be unhappy with your nail job and want to ask for it to be fixed but my coworkers encouraged me to speak up and ask for it to be fixed, and then when I did I was told they don’t bring it up to the cuticle yet I see many pictures on their google page where they do and I have always had it done this way and never had problems. A little gap is fine but this looks like it is already grown out for several days. The woman then told me “if you don’t like it you don’t have to get your nails done that way”. I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t just fix it for me to allow me to be a happy customer. They refused to fix it and accused me of “pushing up my nail”. Since I paid for manicure my nail was already pushed up. They also said I canceled appointments…. I have had one appointment with them that I canceled with 24hr notice, I otherwise have only walked over and said I could come over whenever they had an opening for me. The girls at my job also agreed it looked grown out but regardless as the customer I was polite and it was an easy fix. I work as a nurse practitioner so I do know about taking care of my patients and would never treat my patient or talk to them the way you have spoken to me. I felt they were very rude and it felt very personal for some reason. I won’t be returning or recommending this business.

The owners are a very sweet and nice couple who provide a five star service. They do an amazing job! .They are not rushing you to take the next client. They genuinely care and take the time to do perfect nails and pedicures. After trying so many places in the area I found the best one. My nails are always on point and last longer between appointments. The environment is very quiet, clean and organized. I highly recommend them!

Had such a great experience! They were very professional and very friendly. I love how my nails turned out. If I lived in the area I would definitely be a regular!

Best salon i've gone to yet, and i wasn't even here for myself!! I brought my girlfriend here & they instantly greeted us both & seated me right next to her , automatic bonding & connection between the both of them . Minh and jennifer are so welcoming , super respectful and fun environment to be in . Says a lot for someone who's not even coming in to get their nails done. They do an even better job with their designing compared to every other place ive seen do my girlfriends nails. 10/10 reccomend for the boyfriends & girlfriends tagging along!!
