2025-12-13Let me start off by saying that I am not the type of person who complains, but this experience deserves a compliant unfortunately.. this nail salon showed up on my tik tok, and it looked like a great place to try. I booked an appointment thru their Instagram for a regular pedicure.. I selected Helen. First of all, Helen didn't even acknowledge me, no hi, no how are you, she didn't even look me in the eyes.. that was already a bad sign. But I decided to still give this pedicure a real chance.. well, Helen disappointed me in every aspect. Is 20 minutes really enough time for a pedicure? Barely cleaned under my toenails.. she was so concerned with everyone else in salon except me.. using the drill on my toes, while she's looking at who is coming thru the door??.. just drilling away and not even looking. She didn't even scrub my heel.. probably about 10 other things I could complain about, but you get the point. I told the gentlemen my experience when I was paying and he apologized.. I think I am a good tipper if the pedicure is good.. I had $15 ready to tip.. unfortunately I didn't tip her anything. It hurt my heart not to tip, but this was the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. I will not be returning.

2025-10-05My experience at 102 Annie nail was very relaxing. They took their time with every step, customer service is top notch. The owner Annie is very warming and welcoming. She made sure my experience was a 5 star through out my service. 10/10 highly recomend.

2025-11-27This is the best nail salon I promise you annie is super fast but the best nail tech in the world especially if you love long Nails with a lot of designs you won’t be disappointed…don’t walk RUN TO THIS NAIL SALON NOW !! And may I df they have free alcoholic drinks . I honestly would never ever step into another nail salon

2025-03-22Love Love Love this nail spa! Jonathan is amazing! All staff were so pleasant and welcoming. Not one feeling of discomfort. On top of it all I love my nails💅🏾 They gave me a cute little gift for my bday 🥹😍
