In a far far away galaxy …….Escape the Empire and find a safe friendly atmosphere like Cantina nail salon on the out skirts of Sarasota, they took care of my daughter Princess Leia’s nails for her first time, I was greatly satisfied, my mother Shmi Skywalker liked her Naboo Pink basic manicure at a reasonable price, Padame loves the extra attention she gets, Padame had a picture of a printed nail on her phone with the next available tech, 3 hours and 85$ with a 5$ tip, Padame was unsatisfied she doesn’t have time to go back within ten galactic cycles, where they have the same tech redo her nails the way she wants, I called the receptionist Jedi who always knows what I’m gonna say before I do, I was angry and he told me the policy of fixing Padames Nails, but as determined as I was to get my galactic credits back during this busy shopping season so I can purchase a replacement Hyper Drive, I called again and again about 10 times demanding the dark side do my bidding, the young Jedi reception who was just promoted to general manager while the Emperor is away surveying the galactic empire with his wife and little ones, the young Jedi reception kindly for the tenth time asked me if another tech could take care of Padames nails, I refused service and I threatened to ruin their little rebellion out post, by going online and lying about my service with multiple accounts of the evil empire, The Jedi stop taking my harassing calls, Then master yoda appeared to me and asked me if I remembered, when they let my wookie support animal sit with me, as I felt ashamed as other nail Cantina kicked me out in Tatooine because of my support wookie, the young Jedi treated my little wookie as a guest regardless of status, then yoda reminded me of the great love they have for making The rebellion and empire coexist with exceptional service, Yoda guided me to see the happiness in their eyes and why I should bear testimony of my experience lately, never have I seen such beautiful people, the young Jedi always makes sure that no one feels left out, I constantly observe him lending a helping hand to the elderly to their car, often catching them if they fall, when it’s Raining like Kamino many galactic cycles have I seen him use a umbrella not on himself but on the customer, often drenched head to toe escorting them to their transport. I always feel like I am part of the family, as they are all close and work as a team, there newest member is Christopher Solo who has nail experience since 1996, this is the quality I expect for superior performance, They welcome everyone even when they are busy, I don’t mind waiting in their relaxing massage chairs as I wait for a manicure, they take care of children even when I am letting my daughter spin in circles the young Jedi sensed the danger and asked politely for my daughter to stop, I was mad but thankful my daughter did not hurt herself as kids will be kids, Other nail Cantina’s kicked me out and refused service even when I had a appointment, maybe it was my black color or the facial burns on my face that other Cantina’s made me feel, the joy that’s deep inside me was extremely greatful that the young Jedi grabbed me as he helped me into the pedicure chair letting me know Escape Nail Spa really loves walk-ins with no appointment, their prices are competitive with others but I enjoy having the ability to get Padames redone with anyone she prefers, and they bend the rules for me but don’t break them making the Emperor Happy, They often don’t leave their service where the door opens, I feel apart of this rebellion outpost Escape nails with four other locations, if you have read this and experienced a tear because you too have felt the Force Ghosts and Force Spirits that protect and have many cherished memories with loved ones, I too a Sith Lord is forced to tears, whether your force is awakening or there is a new hope or your a Rouge one or you are the last Jedi, the Sky Walker name will protect all those who experience the pleasure of Escape Nails, thank you for reading. Just wanted to share a heads-up about our recent experience at Escape Nail Salon on Mercado Dr Lola had her nails done there and unfortunately the results looked nothing like the reference photos she brought in. For a $90 service, the quality just wasn’t there. When I called to ask if they could make it right — not even demanding a refund, just hoping for some kind of solution — the staff refused to help and ended the call abruptly. When I called back to try again, my number was blocked. Everyone has bad days, but customer service like that is disappointing, especially in a service industry where communication matters. We won’t be returning, and I wanted to share our experience so others can make an informed choice. Attached are the reference pics and the outcome.

my experience was horrible. there were flys flying around and landing on my hand and the lamp my hands were in. he took 2 and a half hours to do these nails and they are the wordy nails ever. the nails are applied horribly and on my skin practically and there is glue all around my cuticles from applying the tips to my nails. he cut me a few times but on my middle finger it feels infected. the nails are nothing like the picture and extremely thick. these were 90 dollars. I called this morning and asked for a refund and they said no and hung up on me and blocked me.

I just moved here from Indiana and was looking for a new nail place. I had tried a couple different ones before I found Escape. I have now been twice and have had an amazing experience! Great communication, relaxing atmosphere! I found my forever nail place!! Thank you Rizza and Sarah!
