The Nail Spa

Sure! Here's a more stern version of your review: I rarely leave Google reviews unless absolutely necessary, but my experience today with Nini demands it. I have been a loyal customer to the nail spa for over 5 years, dating back to the previous owners, and I left today utterly disappointed. I will not be returning. I scheduled an appointment last week for my friend and me to get gel polish changes on our nails and toes, along with eyebrow waxing for both of us. I even called this morning to confirm the appointment, fully aware of their ongoing punctuality issues, which I’ve experienced multiple times with both my mom and myself. I informed Nini that these nails were for my nursing school graduation. From the moment Nini started on my friend’s nails, it was clear she was rushing, constantly checking the clock. By 5:30, when her next client arrived, she had just begun my toes. She failed to properly soak off my previous nail polish and cut one of my toenails shorter than the others. When I pointed this out, she dismissively said, “That’s how your toenail grows, you don’t know how your toenail grows?” Such a disrespectful and dismissive attitude is unacceptable, especially when I was paying hard-earned money for nails meant to celebrate a major milestone. She argued with me instead of correcting the polish underneath the new layer. When I asked if she could still wax my eyebrows, she told me to come back tomorrow, despite me clearly including this in both calls before the appointment. After over 5 years of loyalty, it’s clear this spa no longer values its customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Tyson was incredible! He knew exactly what I wanted. I came in with a vision and he made it a reality. From the color to shape he knew exactly what I wanted. I also felt like he really took his time to make sure it was done properly asking me if it was what I liked every step of the way. The salon is clean and relaxed atmosphere but we also had a lot of laughs! I will be back regularly. I would give them ten stars if I could! Also I have to add Amie gave a fantastic pedicure!

I finally found a great place to do my nails! After trying so many bad places, this is the place!! Tyson & Nini do a great job! They do your nails exactly as you want them! Everyone is friendly & talented here! Amy gives a great pedicure! I’m very happy here! Give them a try…They’re new here! You won’t be disappointed!!

I went in last minute to get my nails done before our vacation and they were able to cater me immediately. Nini was my nail tech and she understood the assignment. She was quick and efficient, and also even gave me nail tips! I certainly recommend her~ needless to say I will be back for such good quality service👌💕

I love the Nail Spa! I’ve been coming here now for over three years and they are the best! They have great customer service, they are friendly, and kind. They’re just good people! They all do a phenomenal job. 🎉 My nails look great for three weeks till I come back.
