Metro Nails

Just awful lol… for $30 it literally looks like I painted them myself, every nail has a line where the second coat was half painted, she forgot to top coat my entire right hand, she had me hold and extend my left arm in the air the entire time she was working on it, and kept complaining about how short my nails were. I was tired of them looking ugly after I painted them myself, but i do a better job because I at least cover the whole nail and tip coat both hands.

Hi All, I received a gift certificate for my birthday and used it today. I got Ron and he was fantastic! He did a beautiful snowflake design on my red nails and did a fill and an awesome pedi! Thanks for pampering me I really enjoyed it. Great place to come and relax! I’ll be back!

Went to this nail salon because it says five star reviews when I got there I asked the receptionist to fix a nail that fell off and to fix a second nail that is getting ready to lift. She told me 15 to 20 minute wait which was fine, so I sat down and waited. Then, when the time came, a guy asked me to sit at his chair. His name was Mike. I sat at his chair. He fixed the nail that was broken. I asked him about the other nail and he said no he doesn’t have time to fix that nail and that the receptionist only told him to fix one broken nail, not the lifting nail he did not have the proper tools at his workstation because I was just doing gel nails and he had all acrylic stuff so he was fumbling for the tools so I asked him I said, do you do a lot of gel nails here and his immediate response was do not want me to do your nails!! I said no, I was asking a question to rap there. He started being rude so then when he finished the first nail, I asked him if he was gonna do the second nail and he said nope he didn’t have time it would be fine. It’s not gonna lift you can see. It’s got a pocket underneath it so it’s going to lift and come off so when I went to go pay at the register, I mentioned to the receptionist that he refused to fix the other one and she kept apologizing that she was very, very sorry and that that was very wrong of him and then she wanted me to wait and I told her no I don’t have time to wait my husband‘s in the parking lot waiting for me. I have to go and I did leave him a two dollar tip which I probably shouldn’t have left him nothing but I will never go there again and I will never recommend that place to anyone. See the photo attached the nail doesn’t even look close to my other nails. Middle finger nail is the one that he refused to fix

Andrew was amazing! He was very attentive to exactly what I wanted. My toes look & feel beautiful!!! My nails are exactly what I wanted too…color & shape!!! 🏆❤️

Because pictures are worth a thousand words and Penelope is my go to nail tech. She’s literally the best. When I moved to PSL about 4 years ago, I struggled to find a salon until I met her and I’ve followed her anywhere she went since. The only one who touched my nails and feet. Love her!
