My gel manicure was quick but perfect. Kelly was so easy to chat with and the whole vibe in the salon is chill. Every tech works so well with each other. My daughter wanted nail art and Megan went above and beyond to deliver. We will definitely be back!

I loved my experience here! I was traveling and didn’t know at all where to go found this place online and got a really cute simple design. I’m sorry I forgot the name of the girl but she’s from Hawaii and super sweet, careful and patient! She took her time and took her time pampering me I def give it 5 stars! Thanks again girl 🩷 Oh and I enjoyed that glass of wine 🍷 it was delish!

The woman doing my nails took her time and did a pretty good job at the beginning. My issue is mostly how rushed the end was at the drying and polish stage. It became very busy and she just blobbed on polish as if she wanted be done to accommodate others. They don’t use a real dryer and so someone holds a very ineffective small fan over your feet to dry your toes. They use drying oil because they don’t have time to dry your nails, which was really gross and got everywhere, including my shoes. The polish on my big toe smeared because they don’t fully dry your nails and use this oil that doesn’t work. I didn’t go back in to get it fixed because they were too busy and didn’t like how I was bothered by the oil. I also left with really oily feet? I wouldn’t recommend this place simply because they rushed the polishing stage after I paid for a pricey pedicure. I felt like they were upset when I mentioned that I didn’t want to get oil all over my shoes. It shouldn’t be frowned upon to have a preference about something if you’re a paying customer. It seems like a reasonable request to not want to get polish all over leather shoes.

✨ I had such an amazing experience finding a new salon since moving back to Jacksonville! The ladies here go above and beyond with their customer service. They are welcoming, professional, and attentive. The team is meticulous with their work, and the entire space has such positive, uplifting energy. You can truly tell everyone loves what they do, and that makes all the difference. Highly recommend. I have definitely found my new go-to nail salon! 💅🏽💖

The artists are not only excellent at their craft but so attentive and really kind. It's is very clean, there are many options, and it feels welcoming for everyone. Stae did my manicure and Christian did my pedicure and they were both exceptional! Plus I was on a time crunch and Stae let me come back like 3 hours later to finish 💗. I will definitely be coming back.
