2025-11-29I just started coming to this salon a few months ago, but so far I’ve had lovely experiences. The salon is well-kept, clean and the staff is very friendly/attentive. Kelly is my go to girl!!! I started going to her a couple years ago when she worked at her old salon and loved her so much I had to follow her when she moved to Gloss. She always does my manis/pedis to perfection and I’m always happy with my results. She is sweet & gentle, efficient, and doesn’t let any detail go unnoticed. I always recommend her to friends in the area and anyone looking for a new nail tech!!

2025-11-07I had an incredible experience tonight at Gloss The Nail Lounge in Town Center. When I called to make an appointment yesterday, Sarah was so helpful in answering every question I had and got me scheduled right away. Jimmy did my Gel-X manicure and it’s honestly the best my nails have ever looked. I’ve never tried Gel-X before and went with a new nail shape I wouldn’t normally choose, but it turned out absolutely beautiful! The woman who did my gel pedicure (I wish I remembered her name!) did a great job as well. Gentle, no pain, and beautifully polished toes. The salon is extremely clean and the whole experience was calm, peaceful, and professional, I’ll definitely be a customer for life!
