BAMBOO NAILS & SPA

I have been going here now for 3 months and I have been requesting Alba every time. She is such an amazing person and always has the best conversations with me and my daughter she truly is the best at what she does and you can tell she takes pride in doing it! She’s very detail orientated and makes sure you’re in love with your nails every step of the way! Here is a few of the sets she’s done for me so far

First time was great. Second time I paid for a gel manicure plus French tip. It lasted 2 days as many of the nails the gel began lifting and getting caught on things. I sent Tam a video of my nails and he told me to come in & see him. He did my nails and decided to keep it simple and no French tip. He still charged me. So in 1 week I nearly spent $150. I am sure Tam’s job will last longer but it’s the principal that I immediately provided a video proof that my other nail job was a poorly executed job since at day 2 multiple nails had cracking and peeling gel. Customer service goes a long way and I didn’t choose to argue or say anything because Tam has already made a choice to charge me. So now I get the right to leave this review. A good nail job should last you at least a week. The only activity I had those 2 days was rest and a wedding. Only reason they lifted was because it was a poor execution.

This is my first time coming to Bamboo Nails. I have been trying out different places to see where I will be happy. I think I found my shop. I requested a manicure and pedicure. Annette did my manicure and was super friendly and welcoming. I came in for Gel and she advised me Tap polish may be better due to the chipping on my current manicure. I wasn’t sure and she wasn’t pushy. I explained I get gel so my nail bed isn’t filed down too low. She advised wouldn’t file to low and explained what Tap was (hybrid of Gel and Dip powder) and I decided to try. Annette’s was quick and listened to what I wanted. I am extremely happy with the outcome. Cindy did my pedicure she was very sweet and knew what she was doing. I received the reflexology pedicure after a long week it was needed. She hit those pressure points and it was relaxing. I will be back 💕💕

I have never been a big nail girl but since I’ve been going here I don’t miss a month. Jenny is my nail tech who introduced me to black nail beauty, and now has created the coolest grinch nails I have ever had! Lily corrected a major pedicure issue from another salon, and I will only be using her for my feet treatment for the rest of my life. She brings back life to my feet and gets rid of all the bad.

went here with a friend and asked for Tam. He is so amazing! He’s nice, has a cute smile, and cracks jokes, but most of all he is so good with his work. We got a Leopard French tip and he was so attentive to detail. Definitely coming back, thanks Tam! ☺️☺️
