I had the absolute pleasure of being serviced by Jeny at Pablo Nails, and I cannot say enough about how phenomenal she was. I originally came in for a regular manicure with gel nails, and she delivered exactly what I asked for. Nothing more, nothing less, and no attempt to overcharge me. Her honesty and professionalism alone deserve recognition. What truly set Jeny apart was the experience she created. She made me feel so welcome from the very beginning. She not only gave me a flawless manicure, but also included a soothing hand and shoulder massage that left me feeling cared for and appreciated. Her touch was gentle yet thorough, and I could tell she genuinely wanted me to leave happy. I also want to share something personal, because it matters. I am of African descent and I am a Muslim woman. Too often, people of color face judgment in service spaces, but Jeny treated me with the highest respect and dignity. She made me feel like true royalty, which is who I am. That level of kindness and equality in customer service should not go unnoticed. I have been to Pablo Nails before and always had good service, but my time with Jeny was truly extraordinary. If I were wealthy, I would have tipped her $100, even $300, because her work and her spirit genuinely deserved it. Like many of us, I work hard for my money and do not always have the means to indulge, but this visit was one sacrifice for self-care that was worth every single penny. In today’s economy, we are all hustling to make ends meet, but when you decide to treat yourself, you want it to count. And with Jeny, it absolutely does. Love Pablo Nails! I’ve been going here for years and always have a great experience. I usually see Son or Angel and they’re both amazing. They have great attention to detail, and always want to make sure you’re satisfied with your service. Yesterday I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure and didn’t quite like the color I chose, and Son (my nail tech) had no issues swapping it out for me. They’re also very reasonably priced compared to other nail salons in Jax. Would highly recommend trying it out if you haven’t already!

I came in first time, I have a sprained ankle and they took great care of me. My toenails and fingernails came out perfect! Lena was my artist. I had left my debit card at the restaurant prior and messed my nails up trying to find it (in a panic) I had to come back the next day to fix a few, Lena redid them. She’s fantastic. Also, this salon is clean and smells good. I highly recommend this salon.
