Love love love this place. Hanna was very nice and professional. I love that before she does your service, she gives you the price. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and I got what I asked for!! In my opinion they are very reasonable priced. Hanna just got a new customer!!

As ALWAYS, Jenny and Jon did AMAZING WORK! BEST SALON IN JACKSONVILLE (and believe me, I’ve tried just about ALL of them)! I have been coming here for years now, same with both of my daughters; we will NEVER go anywhere else! I have Lupus and they both take such great care with my condition! Jenny has also been a wealth of information on how it impacts my nails, teaching me things that my doctors never did! I would never be able to keep natural nails this long with my condition if not for everything she’s done to help me on this journey!

This was our second trip to Nails.com. Our first trip was a spur of the moment girls trip for pedicures at 7 pm on a Tuesday and they took us — all 4 right in- This is a very well staffed nail company with talented Nail Techs, courteous, clean and all the Zen. Fast forward to our second trip - David did a simple Christmas theme on my short natural nails and Ms. Rose slayed my daughters inspiration pics with these cute red French tip nails with bows - the glitter was her signature touch 🤩 Can’t wait to keep making memories at this lovely established nail salon ❤️ Easy to book appointments online ✅ Friendly Staff ✅ Clean Establishment ✅ Five Star Service ✅ Highly Recommend ✅

This was my first time visiting, and I was warmly welcomed as soon as I walked in. The staff immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had Linh for my manicure and pedicure with gel polish, she did an amazing job, my nails look perfect! The atmosphere was so relaxing and the overall vibe was just really nice. Everyone was so hospitable and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon!

Nail tech "My" did a gr8 job! I showed her a pic of the grinch with candy cane design and she did it free-hand in abt 30minutes! These are my natural nails and im very particular on who I let care for them, this was her 1st time and she did awesome,,Thank u!
