Amy's Nails

I have had both good and bad experiences here at this nail salon, my nails typically look great but the experiences are rough. The techs do their jobs well however I do believe that better customer service and organization with the scheduling is needed. My appointments have been moved or incorrectly taken multiple times even after confirming the appointments including on my birthday, this has also happened for two of my friends that I invited to try out the place who have given up on the salon all together sadly. I have had my tech stop mid service with me to start service on another client which rubbed me the wrong way since that is unprofessional of them. When they asked if I was okay and I told them the issue with stoping mid service they told me the reason they did this is because "They are typically a difficult client" but honestly that client didn't sound difficult from where I was sitting. This last time I asked for a red color for Christmas and before curing the nail I had doubts on if it was a red or an Amber Orange to which I was assured is red but anyone I've shown my nails to declairs they are orange even when I tell them it's red. A simple sorry goes a long way but they never give me one after being a customer for almost 2 years.

First, the cotton round that was used to remove my polish had pink polish on it- my polish was blue… so it was CLEARLY used on someone else’s toe/finger! Also she kept hitting my gel polish with the lamp before curing. Gloves weren’t changed after disposing of plastic from other pedicure tubs.. overall not a good experience but decent for the price I guess.

10/10! We came in on my sisters birthday to get our Pedis done and got the KDS Service. The service was great and we enjoyed our time at this Salon. The esthetics were on point, the staff were all welcoming and nice. The prices were decent for each package they offer and they also offer gift cards! We got paraffin, hot stones, sugar scrub, massage, lotions on top of what they already offer for a pedi. We were offered champagne 🥂 🍾 which was exactly what we needed for celebrating her Birthday. We will be back!

The worst, most aggressive nail salon experience I've ever had. I would leave 0 stars if it was possible. The lady doing my nails cut me multiple times, was slapping/ pushing my hands around rather than communicating with words, and got polish and crustiness all over my nail beds. My acrylics were crooked and so chunky, I immediately removed them myself upon leaving because the way they remove them is painful. I will NEVER go back here.

The women here are always so accommodating even with a last minute pop in their prices are realistic and they do a great job. They have small pedicure chairs for children which is a HUGE selling point for me. Children’s pedicure prices are reasonable, and they don’t cut corners just because she’s a kid. I am a repeat customer, and I will continue to be one. Regular polish holds for 30 days no issues! This is 2 weeks in.
