2025-09-28Very disappointing experience. I went in for a gel polish soak-off and the lady who helped me was incredibly rude. She didn’t even double-check her work after I washed my hands. Before going, I called to confirm the price, but when the service was finished, she quoted me a completely different amount. Poor communication and horrible customer service—I won’t be returning.
