The application was flawless, and the lashes feel incredibly lightweight. The studio was clean, calming, and highly professional. I saw John today and he did my nails just like my previous tech. Great atmosphere and everything was clean.

2025-05-20Today I went to T-nails and got a nail FILL with rose, I am a returning customer and normally get crazy designs. Today I wanted to get a simple fill with a French Tip. She tried to convince me to get the new nail polish, but I didn’t want that. I feel like once I said no to the nail polish she got more rough with my hands. I have cuts on my cuticles and she kept wiping my hands with rubbing alcohol and it burned. My hands feel super dry. After that we filed my nails down for like ten minutes and they’re still a little bumpy but no big deal I guess. Then when i went to pay the people left me sitting there and couldn’t figure it out. Then when i finally was able to pay they charged me with 2 ridiculous extra fees (ones not in the photo). They charged me with shaping (I basically had the same shape from the start) and my nail length was 8 dollars?? If they have extra fees like that they should state that on the website. My two other friends got stuff done and also had an awful experience. I used to love this place b4 they started lopping on the extra charges and hiring employees who try to scam you. 💔 I will not be coming back after this.
