I’ve been going to this salon for over a year, and I’m always extremely happy with my nails! My nail technician Karina is the best — she’s professional, detail-oriented, and always makes my nails look perfect. Every visit is such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend her! 💅✨

booked with Nails Lab because I know one of the girls there through my clients, and I’ve even recommended people to go there because of her. After my $100 pedicure, I was in so much pain from the excessive cutting that I inspected my feet an hour later, only to find chipped nails and polish already peeling. When I contacted them right away, management told me it wasn’t their fault that the color chipped. I offered to come back the next morning, but due to work and traffic I couldn’t, so they accommodated me in the evening. I was fine with that as long as they compensated my next pedicure which I booked in two weeks, since I had to waste extra time and go out of my way to fix it. Instead, management refused and basically said they were fine losing a client. Well, they did. $100 wasted. Word of advice; own up to your mistakes and don’t hire people who are not experienced.$100 for work that is don’t worse then in a regular Asia salon. I specifically called and asked if they girls I’m getting is experienced and they assured me I did. Do not go to Ekaterina.

I like this place and I have been getting my nails done here for a while and I like this place as a whole, but my recent experience has left me very disappointed. I got my nails done with Alena and paid over $200 just for the nails to start chipping almost as soon as I left the salon and for half the nails to break off less than a week later without even touching them or doing anything crazy to them. Never had this happen to me before especially after paying such a high price. Complete disappointment and a horrific waste of money.

The salon is great and all the staff is very kind and friendly. Goar is the best nail tech, she is so detailed and patient! She always has a smile on her face and will let you try on different styles or colours until you find the one you like. My fav nail salon in Miami ♥️

Amazing place! Olena was fantastic! Be sure to ask for her next time you go—her attention to detail and skill level are incredible. My nails look amazing! The best French Manicure I have gotten in my life!!!!!
