This is hands-down the BEST nail salon in Naples! This place truly stands out for its consistent high-quality service every single visit. The salon is always super clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. They offer full nail services—acrylics, gel nails, dip powder, pedicures, nail art—everything is done with so much care and attention to detail. The staff is amazing and speaks English fluently, making communication so easy and comfortable. If you’re looking for the top nail salon in Naples that delivers beautiful results, great service, and a spotless environment, this is THE place. Highly recommend!

Super disappointed In the experience. I came here based on their reviews, and the results are not reflective. I mentioned to my technician several times during the process that I was concerned about the shape and texture of my nails. On completion of the treatments, I also told her There was a ton of extra material under my fingernails that needed to be cleaned, which she proceeded to wipe off clearly very annoyed I had asked. I proceeded to the sink to try to wash off as much as I could of the material to come back to the chair, thinking she was going to put oil on my cuticles only to find she was cutting her own cuticles Period when I asked about the pedicure, she said my toes were still wet because I had chosen to not do gel but rather regular polish. I was going to ask for a manager on my way out, but after getting pushed back From her on all the issues, I figured it was not worth wasting my time. I purposely did not leave her a tip because I do feel that tips should be a reflection of the quality of A service you received. She Made a point to just hand me my card and turn around Without saying a word. I know everybody has bad days, but This is clearly beyond that. I visited creative nail spa for the first time today. I am very pleased with my new favorite stylist, Keri! My pedicure was very relaxing and was finished in a timely fashion. My manicure was acrylic dip, in a pointed almond shape. Keri pays very close attention to detail. Including the shape of the natural nail blended with the acrylic. She’s very honest and helped me decide between color, shape, length and top coat. I look forward to visiting Keri again at creative nail spa for many more perfect nail sessions!
