2025-07-29While getting a pedicure the older gentleman was rubbing my legs and in the process he somehow pushed my big toe nail completely off my the nail bed (it was sticking straight up and bleeding) .. and the worst part was didn’t even realize it until I told him. ** no apology or nothing ** A lady came up asking what I wanted them to do and had an unpleasant tone like I was bothering her evening. I ended up choosing to cut down most of the toe and added acrylic to stabilize the area and all the “head person” said to do was not to charge me for the acrylic .. so $62 later and a ripped toe nail I would say I would never come back to this place. Unsanitary and unprofessional * decided to not post pictures of the toe to save you the graphic image *

2024-02-25I’m very weary of nail salons so I stopped going for many years. Today, I decided get them done and decided to try this place and specifically Iris as recommended. She was absolutely wonderful. Such a pleasant person and I felt so honored to have my nails done by her. She was patient, kind and is a very skilled artist. Thank you so much. I will be back.

2025-09-08Two stars because the tech really tried to fix my nails, the customer service was excellent to be fair. I think maybe she wasnt used to working with the product they advertise as a service, not sure. In the end I left with super bulky, very thick gel nails that dont look like professionally done. This, after her trying several times to fix smoothing and uneven build issues. I was so tired by the end of the visit i just accepted it and left but now i have to pay another shop to remove or file down.
