1st time here, made an appointment on line. Super easy. Walked in and was greeted by Tommy, the owner. What a great guy. Sat down for a Mani Pedi and he brings me a glass of wine. Great ambiance and music. Everyone here is so wonderful. Why did I not try this place sooner. Got the luxury pedicure... AMAZING. I will come back. Such a hidden gem. And by the way, the best massage chairs ever!

Update: I am still happy with my services here at Valentino nail bar. Every time I ask Lynn, “Can she do a certain design from an inspired picture?” she nails it! My nails were so pretty. I had to ask her to take a picture while they were still in the dusty phase. It was so hard putting paint on these perfectly perfect nails, but she has my design exactly as I wanted it, colorful and popping! I've been a loyal customer for several months now, and my satisfaction has only grown! Tommy and Lynn are absolutely amazing business owners. They truly listen to your needs and consistently deliver beyond expectations. Lynn is a Nail Beast—OMG! She keeps my nails on point and absolutely gorgeous. I’m always receiving compliments on them 🥰. Andy, my pedicurist, is phenomenal. His massage skills are breathtaking! After every session, my feet and legs feel totally rejuvenated, and my toes look adorable with polish that shines like candy. Highly recommend this place for top-notch nail and pedicure services! I had an amazing experience!! Amazing customer service! My sister took me to a a gel acrylic full set. We requested Mike. He was fast and efficient. My nails look amazing. I am happy and pleased with the way it turn out. I highly recommend going here.

I had a basic manicure with acrylic tips and dip and a basic pedicure with gel. Alcoholic drinks and soda are included with your service no matter what you're getting. I like the atmosphere of the salon - clean, quiet, comfortable, and well-styled. The massage chair is one of the best ones I've been in at a salon. Andy was an incredible tech who clearly knows what he's doing. My nails look and feel amazing and they're very solid/symmetrical and perfectly shaped. I'm looking forward to seeing how long they last. His massage skills are incredible and that was hands down the best pedicure massage I've ever had. I do think this nail bar is a *tad* on the pricey side but if the nails last for a month+ it'll be worth it (will check back in if they don't last) Will definitely be back - best salon experience I've had in Gainesville so far after trying 4+ places.

the inside is calming and the staff are nice, but my nail tech did an awful job. i got a gel manicure and she rushed through it, not allowing the polish to fully set. this is how my nails look after only 3 weeks. they chipped very easily and the polish on one of my nails completely peeled off. additionally, the color i got didn't look like the swatch at all. i've been searching for a good nail place in Gainesville and unfortunately i cannot recommend this one.
