PERFECT NAILS SPA

I’ve been going to the salon for 4+ years now. I ended up moving 45 minutes away and trying nail salons in the area where I’ve moved to which have completely disappointed me and now I am making the drive to this nail salon because of how good everyone is there and how good their work is and how much they care about their clients absolutely love this place and would recommend this place to literally anyone. Kala is my nail tech and she is absolutely amazing. I don’t even have to pay attention to what she’s doing with my nails to see if she’s doing them correctly. She always does them correctly no matter what. I have been to multiple different people to do my nails here when Kala wasn’t available and every single one of them have been amazing.

Since moving to Florida from VA in 2017 I have had a hard time finding a good nail tech. I’ve tried MANY different places and have usually come away disappointed but I highly recommend going to see Tony. He’s efficient, honest and easy to talk to. The prices are comparable to other places but the outcome is way better. Go see him but I highly recommend making an appointment online and make sure you add everything you want done then. He’s a busy guy!!

I’ve been coming here since 2014 when I was in high school and I won’t be returning. I was completely disrespected by the owner Tony when I arrived today and had an appointment with Perla. My appointment was made over a week ago and had been confirmed through text. However when I show up, I’m told she no longer works there and someone else could do my nails. I was then sent instead to get my pedicure first and when I finished there was still no one available to do my full set, despite having an appointment. He didn’t offer any compensation off my pedicure for the inconvenience either and he didn’t even look at me when speaking to me about the situation nor when trying to resolve it. Also, no one else in the salon was even available to do a full set and Tony said he can’t do the intricate design I want. Then when I stated I would only like crystal instead, as I know she CAN do the designs I want, he just dismisses me and says she won’t be back until October 7th and “If you want to wait for crystal then that’s fine. Wait for crystal she’ll be back October 7th” and then proceeded to ignore me and continue on with his client currently in the chair, which he expected me to wait on her full set to be completely finished before I’d even be started on. Again, despite having an appointment for 12:30 and it was already 1pm by the time my pedicure finished. There were also ants all over the lobby couch and check-in desk and he didn’t seem to care. This is not the first time he’s been rude to customers either and he offered no real solution as he couldn’t do the design I wanted, therefore couldn’t do my nails in place of either Perla or Crystal. I wasn’t notified either of Perla’s absence and my appointment was even confirmed. I’m so disappointed in how I was treated today that I just ended up leaving and going to somewhere better. I was a regular customer for over a decade and I will no longer be returning.

This was my first experience with perfect nails and I just can’t say enough good things about them! Jennifer did my nails and she was amazing! Every step of the way they ensure you love your nails and it feels like a collaboration. What a talented group of people! Definitely will be back!

I took my grand daughter and we both got manicure’s and pedicures. The girls that took care of us were amazing! Our nails and toes looked beautiful and the price was great! They took their time and were very personable. Highly recommend Perfect Nails Spa 😊
