It was my first time visiting & I received a very painful pedicure & decent manicure both with gel polish. $112 later I end up with an OUCH on the side of my left foot & one of my toes, I felt both during my pedi pulling my foot back saying ouch as my toe was bleeding he was telling the nail tech next to him what happened. she asked if I was ok & I just said I don’t know & told him he is to rough! With the other staff aware of my injuries know one offered me anyone else or anything. I was shook up & got through the rest of my pedicure & on to my manicure wanting it to go fast so I could leave. I noticed when I got home after bandaging up my wound there is rough skin on my right toe 🤷‍♀️ I was shocked over the price. Even though it is close to our home I won’t return.

Worse place ever! Went to get a pedi and a mani and the guy dug so deep into my toenails that I left the place bleeding, I complained at one point and said ouch very loud and he looked at like I was exaggerating, not like my nails were in bad shape or anything like it. With my hands he ripped skin from the side of the nail! It was awful! I haven’t been able to even use close toe shoes! On top of that he charged me $90 for gel nail polish for both hands and feet. Thieves! I don’t know why I didn’t leave after the hand situation.🙄🥴

Had such a wonderful experience here! Not only is the salon beautiful, the staff is so friendly! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming! I came as a walk-in and even though the place was packed, they got me in and out so quickly! Andy did my nails and he was wonderful! He was so detail-oriented and did a beautiful job on both my pedicure and full dip set! I can’t recommend this place enough. I will be coming back!

Been here a few times and have been disappointed. Recently, I came in for a fill and pedicure, fill is fine. Pedicure was not. Was never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted, just came in, rubbed lotion on my legs, trimmed my toes and put polish on. I was never asked if I wanted to upgrade, which I did. My feet were never scrubbed. I have had better service here before and expected that. Very upsetting. For the price I paid and was willing to pay extra, just a huge let down.
