2025-10-10Very disappointing experience. The nail tech cut me twice during the appointment and I showed her the picture of the nails I wanted over 10 times, yet my nails look nothing like it. The cuticles are messy, the polish is bumpy, and the chrome is streaky and doesn't even cover all the polish. The nail shapes are inconsistent and the stars are all different shapes and sizes. She used so much glue when applying the tips which left a lot of residue around my nails and behind the nail tips. These also took almost 3 hours and were over $90. The last picture is what I asked for. Would not reccomend.

Jen is always awesome for cleaning up my eyebrows! They always make sure that I’m comfortable every time and that’s why I always make sure to visit them for my pampering routine!!

2025-10-09I feel like I won the lottery with Franky! HE REALLY DELIVERS first pic is what I asked for, last two pics is what I got. He is that dude with nails like I don’t usually go to nail salons to get my nails done I like to go to independent nail techs to show support, but one random day and I needed my nails done I so happen to get them done by Franky and he absolutely slayed my nails. 10/10 recommend Franky give him your recognition and monies $$$

2025-09-20I’ve been going to Jen exclusively for nearly a year now. Have always had a good experience. It takes time to truly establish a good relationship with anyone but Jen and I have really gotten to know each other and she knows exactly what I want done with my nails every single time - even when I don’t even know what I want. The staff has always been accommodating and so nice. I go every three weeks because my nails grow so fast and I’ve heard plenty of rude customers over my visits. Give this place a chance and don’t rely on the negative comments.
