Venetian Nail Spa - Midtown Doral

12.12.25, I booked an appointment here specifically asking for an acrylic overlay refill with gel. I have it in writing that they offer this, and it is listed on their website. However, the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The technician was clearly unprepared; she didn't have the matching acrylic color, her tools were in poor condition, and she kept having to borrow tools from other staff. The quality of the work was shocking. She cut my natural nails unevenly and actually sliced one of them so short that she had to glue a fake tip on it to make it match—completely defeating the purpose of an overlay on my real nails. After two hours, the result was awful. The nails were filed sideways/crooked, very thick, and the acrylic was flooded onto my cuticles. I spoke to the manager because I was afraid to let them continue damaging my nails. While they offered to fix it the next day, I canceled because I didn't trust them to touch my hands again. To make matters worse, when I spoke to them the following day, they claimed they 'don’t do acrylics' there—a blatant lie considering their website ads and my booking confirmation. This place practices false advertising, charges premium prices for unskilled work, and takes zero accountability. If you value your natural nails, run the other way."

Ivonne is amazing! She’s not only incredibly talented with nails, but also super sweet and easy to talk to. I always leave feeling so happy with her work—she pays attention to every detail and makes sure your nails look perfect. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a nail tech who truly cares about what she does!

I love this place! All the techs are great, Amanda is the best at what she does! the Pedicures are outstanding ☺️💗 this Salon is the best, I’ll 100% come back! That man at the front desk is very handsome, I can’t wait to be back and see him again! 🫢

My manicure Rosibely, at Venetian Nail Spa - Midtown Doral is simply amazing! 💅 She is very attentive, detail-oriented, and also such a beautiful, cheerful, and positive person. The service is always impeccable, my nails look perfect every time, and the salon has a very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend her!

I’ve given this salon several chances, and I’m DONE. I do NOT recommend it. Today, September 19, I went for a gel manicure and just 4 HOURS later my nails started peeling off. I’ve been through different employees and my conclusion is the same: they are NOT professionals. They just fill the chairs with people who are NOT good at what they do. Once again, my money went straight to the trash. And if you don’t want to WASTE YOUR MONEY, DON’T GO!
