Emerald Nails

I've been getting my nails done for years, and Lena is hands-down the best technician I've ever had! She's incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and always takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. Whether I come in with a specific design or just a general idea, she always brings it to life beautifully. The salon is clean, welcoming, and relaxing — and Lena’s warm, professional demeanor makes the whole experience even better. I always leave with nails that look amazing and last for weeks. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality nail care!

Worst manicure EVER! Had a gel mani today with one of their male techs. He used the dremel to take off my old gel, but missed some spots and just left them. Then he used a nail file with a grit that was WAY too aggressive, leaving the nail bed all ragged. He used that file on the edges, and shaped 2 of my nails round even though mine were obviously square. So now I have 2 rounded and 8 square. Then he didn’t shake the polish before putting it on, so it didn’t go on smoothly. I had to keep pointing out the spots where it was bare from the polish being too watery. But the WORST was when he went to put chrome on at the end. He had no idea what he was doing. He globbed way too much on each nail and didn’t smooth it out before sticking my hand into the dryer. Then when it hardened, he used that same super gritty nail file to file big spots off! All the way down to the bare nail again! He kept doing the whole process- gel polish, harden, clear polish, harden, too much chrome, harden, then file big spots off - until I was literally in tears. But there was no other staff there to talk to. Then at the very end, when I pulled my hands back and insisted I was done, he said he needed to get all the polish, grit and chrome powder off the sides of my fingers. He had smeared it on either side of the nail, and now it was all hardened. But instead of using remover, he took the cuticle scissors and tried to cut it off!! This hurt, as he took the skin with it. I was so traumatized I couldn’t think straight. I paid — $70!! — and ran out. I’m attaching photos so you can see what a mess he made. Will have to be totally redone. Beware!

Went here for nails for my sisters wedding and they only lasted four days…I was washing my hands in the sink when my nail just fell off… the lady that did my nails kept stressing how the new “gel-x” is so much better than acrylic and lasts just as long… unfortunately, that’s not true. Polish was also streaking and the nails felt very thick overall. I would not recommend this salon :(

I showed the lady a picture of my nails from the last time I got my nails done, I kept the photo on most of the time to so she could look at it anytime. One of my fingers are crooked and I told her that so she could make sure the nail was on the right way and when she first put on the plastic I told her that it was not following my finger and it was very crooked in a calm voice might I add and she started to get angry and saying that she can’t do anything about that which was crazy since I could have taken it off my self but she just decided not to fix it I guess. They ended up coming out very choppy, messy and she forgot my gems even after I told her about how I wanted the gems on my left ring finger. The first photo is what I showed her and is my hand from the last time I got them done and the last three are what I got this time.

So my best friend and I have been coming here for years and this is the best place we have ever gotten our toes done at! The staff is amazing they are so fun and very accommodating. With complimentary wine which is always a bonus.
