HOT ROCK NAILS & EYELASHES

I’ve been getting my nails done monthly for YEARS. I know a great salon when I go to one - and there haven’t been many to be honest. Hot Rock Nails is definitely one of the best ones I’ve ever been to. Don’t hesitate, give them a try if you haven’t already. Plus, they are quick - a huge plus!

Always does a great job with whatever you ask, and good prices too! Highly recommend, I come here and nowhere else for pedicures, manicures, and gel/acrylic.

The most horrible experience ever. I went to get my hands and feet done. A simple polish on my hands turned into a nightmare. The polish was not distributed evenly, they had bubbles and was sloppy. I brought this to their attention, not once did anyone apologize. It was almost like you were inconveniencing them to the right thing. Just attitudes and that’s it. They attempted to fix a few fingers sloppily and honestly at that point it was just as bad. By the time I reached home the polish was peeling off. What a nightmare!! The attitudes and ego is quite ridiculous when you own a business catered towards customer satisfaction. I’ve been coming here for quite some time and they’ve done horrible jobs before where I’ve just brushed it off. But enough is enough. The lack of accountability with the horrible job and expectation of continued support and handing over my money, never again. Take a look at the photos. Less than 2 hours ago. And I’m pretty sure they will continue to argue instead of taking accountability.

Hot Rock Nails, gel disaster. I have been getting my nails done at Hot Rock Nails on Sample road for a while, sometimes gel, sometimes regular polish. Last month I got a beautiful French Manicure, about a month after the appointment one of my nails split at the quick( so low it bled and I have to cover it with a bandage.) I didn’t think anything of it, nails break. In the next week 4 more nails split in exactly the same spot. This morning I called Hot Rock Nails and asked if I could come it to have the gel removed, no problem come right in. I was happy the technician who had done them many times in the past( Tracy) was available and could help me. Sadly I could see she wasn’t happy to see me when I walked in, she took her time coming over. I showed her what had happened, and suggested there might be a problem with the product they had used. NO, she replied we guarantee them for 10 days. I stressed I wasn’t complaining about the manicure, but the fact that 5 of my nails were now broken very badly. She would not make eye contact with me, wouldn’t take any responsibility, or even show empathy. I tried talking to her, she was honestly incredibly rude. The removal of the gel didn’t leave my nails the was they usually feel, she tried buffing them but they are still quite rough and uneven. I tried again, saying what could cause this? “ You broke them” was the response. I said in 45 years I’ve never seen anything like this, 5 nails breaking in the exact same spot. Her response was as you age things change. It seemed like a weak excuse as this wasn’t an issue in June. This is the 2nd gel manicure I’ve had in 3 months, my recent manicures before that this have all been regular polish, so I don’t think they are over processed. I will never go back and would avoid this place like the plague. Photos included.

I am so happy with these nails! So affordable and they paid great attention to detail. They did a great job I’m extremely satisfied. Highly highly recommend
