Alex Nails

Everything about my experience have a mani-pedi was excellent. Alex was friendly, warm and professional, The manicure was thorough and detailed to shape and cuticle cleaning. The pedicure-- was a joy and I hate getting a pedicure and my toenails are atrocious, but Alex made the experience perfect with a careful clip, clean and scrub. The space is clean and impeccable. Highly recommend.

The customer service at this place is top notch They really do take care of their clients. The day after I got my nails done, I had an incident that caused me to rip off half my nail. Angie fixed my nail and it is now as good as new. It was my fault and they did not charge me for the repair. Thank you Nick and Angie!

Everything was terrible! My appointment was at 11. I got there at 10:50, and Alex was just starting the nails of another person, I had to wait until 11:30 to be attended. The final finishing was the worst part. I got the dip, and nails were thick and shapeless. Unclean cuticles. I requested Alex to make them look better, and he was so rude, saying that nails would look the same done at any other salon. Besides, they charge 3% on the service if you pay with card. Alex didn't care about my claim and how much I was unsatisfied. I paid $50, no discount. Literally, I left the place crying with my horrible experience there.

They were very nice and polite. I like how they were patient and took time on making my nails perfect and just the way I like it. Very good.

I was so happy they were open Thanksgiving day! Was even offered a water or coffee. Got dip manicure. Kudos to Alex & Angie for a spectacular job on my fingers & toes. They spoke English & use organic products. I highly recommend them.
