Excellent work. Mickey gave me the best pedicure of my life and she was so very friendly.!!! She was So easy to communicate. My Next visit was with different person. Still good. But not much communication. Language barrier seems to be the common challenge. Esp for me.

I have never had so many issues with my nails. First my paint came off after 30 min because they put too many layers on so I fixed it myself whatever. Now my nail broke after 3 days when I did nothing to cause that! I will be calling Monday. 50$ for terrible nails! Update 2 days later another nail broke. They were closed yesterday. So now I have 2 broken nails that I paid 50$ for and haven’t even had a full week before falling apart.

Cynthia always does a great job on my daughter’s nails. Every holiday we come to her.

I came here for the first time today. I showed the ladies a photo of the nails I wanted and I left with the exact style I wanted. Friendly staff, clean spa and talented nail techs. :)

*****Edit**** Cynthia reached out to me, went above and beyond and fixed my nails. She did an amazing job and showed that she cares about the quality and experience her customers receive. Updated pictures added as well. :) Usually I have a great experience here, but today the gentleman doing my nails couldn’t fidget out how to keep the tip of mg acrylic nails straight. Pointed it out multiple times just to end up with nails of all different lengths and multiple still crooked. I just had to stop trying to point things out because nothing was getting better. And the flower designs I asked for ended up just being lines for pedals. Super unfortunate to spend the amount we do on our nails to look beautiful just to have a frustrating experience and not love your nails afterwards. Feeling helpless when trying to explain what you’re seeing wrong. Unsure if I will be returning after today’s set. What I wanted vs what I got pictures attached.
